Zhairon Did a Great Job

I am going to request Adam
Yesterday I had my yearly maintenance checkup. Roland J. Down sent Adam VanVaulkenburgh. First, Adam showed up on time and brought everything he needed to service my tankless hot water tank, furnace, and A/C units.
Adam was very knowledgeable of all these units. He was very efficient and took time to explain and answer all my questions. I have had many tech’s come to my home since 2017 to service all 3 of my units but in the future, I am going to request Adam!!

They Had a New Furnace Installed in 24 Hours
We've used Roland J. Down a few times over the last couple of years. After not being able to support any local-to-us businesses during an emergency due to lack of availability or even a call back, we contacted RJD and they had someone out within 24 hours. They have been our go-to for plumbing and heating since. Every time, we have been able to get a technician out quickly, they have all been polite and professional, and the jobs are handled efficiently with limited impact on our daily schedule, especially as I work from home. Our biggest job was an unexpected furnace replacement. They had a new furnace installed in 24 hours. I would highly recommend them.

He did a great job
Zhairon Welch did the A/C maintenance on my two units; he did a great job. Zhairon was also trying to help me with fixing the maintenance contract as one address. It used to be two houses which were joined together as one. This way, whenever maintenance is needed, it is only one service call for two units instead of two different calls, which would be a waste of time.

Patrick demonstrated professionalism
Roland J Down Service Experts has a history at our house for providing assistance with plumbing issues, and on this occasion, we have engaged their services for a kitchen upgrade project that includes electrical work. Upon discovering that RJD now offers electrician services, we scheduled an appointment to receive a quote for the required work. The appointment was set for April 27th between 8:00 AM and noon. We received confirmation, including the name of our assigned technician, Patrick Ravida, and a tracking map to monitor his progress and estimated arrival time, which proved to be a valuable resource for us. Patrick demonstrated a high level of professionalism and comprehensive knowledge of residential electrical requirements, taking the time to elucidate the wiring and upgrades necessary to meet code standards in the kitchen. The consultation fee was justified by the quality of service provided, and we expect to receive a detailed quote for the total cost later today or tomorrow.

The service experts are just that: they provide excellent service and have maintained our HVAC systems for almost 40 years and two houses. Very pleased with their services and will continue to participate in the annual maintenance program for the foreseeable future.
Arrived on time and performed with care
We had our spring annual service today on our A/C unit. Branden and Blessin arrived on time and performed the service with knowledge and care. We had a good discussion about possibly replacing our system, but there was no pressure. We also discussed the need to replace the water heater at some point in the near future. Both people were friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent Job with New Mini-Splits
Nick, Kyle, and Alex did an excellent job removing our two old mini-split AC units and replacing them with three new Lennox combination AC/heat pump units. When they were all done, they took their time explaining to us how the new mini-splits work. My wife and I really appreciate the work they did in installing these new mini-splits. Thank you.
We will definitely be calling again
My daughter and I were in need of a plumber to repair the water line leading to our washing machine. Richard Masse and his assistant came to assess the problem and were able to explain what was needed and how much it was going to cost. Mr. Masse then explained they did not have the needed parts and would come back the next day to finish the job. When they returned, they were able to replace the pipes and hook up the washing machine. Both men were not only professional but also were able to put us at ease that the job would be done right. We will definitely be calling Roland J. Down for all our future needs.

I have always had good service
I dealt with RJ Downs a lot this week. The lady that answers the phone, Regina I believe, is always pleasant to me any time I have contacted them, and I appreciate that so much.
Avi, the tech, was very polite and helpful. He came to do the yearly maintenance on our heating system and took a look at our hot water heater that was leaking from the bottom. Even though it was late in the day, he still took the time to show us some estimates on a new hot water heater, and we really appreciated his help and advice. He did a great job cleaning the furnace and ordered a piece we needed repaired immediately. I have no doubt I will be contacted as soon as the piece comes in because I have always had good service and communication from them, and I trust they will not delay the repair any longer than needed.
George Meyer was the salesman who came the next day and was very patient and thorough with the options we had available to us. I appreciated his kind manner and willingness to talk me through the decision to replace the old leaking hot water heater. He was honest and very personable and made me comfortable to ask questions.
Michael Alvarado came the next day, a Saturday no less, promptly at 8 a.m. and removed and installed the new hot water heater in record time by himself. He was a nice guy and didn’t mind the barking dogs and explained the system thoroughly before he left. Michael cleaned up after himself, and the new system looks great.
I always get worried when I have to have something big repaired or replaced, and I have never had an issue when I need to contact RJ Downs. The guys we have had the pleasure of dealing with are always great.
