Now, That Is Service
Great experience! Came off a two-week vacation to find everything working with our furnace and after raising it a few degrees to take the chill out, our furnace of 28 years called it quits. Called Roland J. Downs and they were out on a Sunday, assessing the situation and discovered a non-repairable problem. Ordered another Lennox and scheduled the install for Tuesday, but they called on Monday and asked if they could come over a day early. Discovered problem on Friday night, had a crew come over Sunday to evaluate, and had a new furnace up and running on Monday. Now, that is service. All involved were great, as was Patrick the installer. Would highly recommend this company. A side note that this furnace had an inducer motor go bad two years ago and I called another company and they told me it would be two weeks. Called Roland J. Downs and they were scheduled just a few days out. I diagnosed the problem myself and replaced the motor, but they would have been one of just a few companies that had my back.

All Working Well Now
Dale, Hamad, and Triv combined to do a fine job of diagnosing my heater problem and replacing the control module. All three went above and beyond to find and correct the issue. All working well now. Price was more than fair given the time and effort these technicians put in to get my heater back online.

I will call RJD for service in the future
I've dealt with RJD previously. They installed a new heating/AC years ago. Recently, my furnace wouldn't work after a power outage. RJD sent Triv, their technician, to fix it. He temporarily made it work and ordered new parts, then came back 2 days later and installed the new parts. Triv, their technician, was knowledgeable and very courteous. I will call RJD for service in the future and highly recommend them.

Been using Roland J Down for years, always reliable and professional service. Another good experience recently for some water heater troubles. I called at 9 a.m. on a Friday about having no hot water; Dale and Zhairon were at my door by 10:45. They were both friendly and professional, checked the unit out thoroughly, and determined it was a failed check valve. Got things up and running temporarily while we wait for the replacement part to arrive.

I recently found myself in dire need of a furnace. My first clue was no heat. I began my arduous task of shopping around and comparing companies. Roland J. Down by far exceeded my expectations with price for a new one. This info was given to me after the information related to cost to keep my 23 year gas burner running (if that were my choice). Advice was offered as well as various ways to support me in replacing it with a new one. Glen was extremely patient and thorough on his explanations of the parts needed if I were to consider repair. I chose to replace and am grateful for the attention, speed, and understandings of the whole process as well as the continued help by support staff at Roland J. Down. Within 24 hours I once again had heat in my home. I highly recommend Roland J. Down.
