Excellent, expert service. Since the initial visit from Kevork to the servicemen Nick and Garrett coming out less than 24 hours later, it was a relief. During the coldest time of the year, when my typical HVAC serviceman was too busy to come out in an emergency, these guys came through for me. It surpassed my expectations. They replaced tubing and piping that wasn’t even an expectation. They came recommended by a co-worker, and I am so grateful for them.

Nick is the best! Our furnace went out late last night, and they sent tech Adam the following morning to our home, who was terribly unqualified. After 7 hours of Adam unsuccessfully attempting to fix the problem, Nick came in, and within a half hour we had heat again! We can’t thank Nick enough; he knows his stuff and is so kind and patient! Awesome customer service.

We were embarrassed to find the main problem was simply dead batteries in the thermostat—easily taken care of. But they did a thorough check of the system and noted potential problems for us to watch. And we were only charged the $99 diagnostic charge.

Imagine your furnace going down on a cold night. Well, it happened to me, and I was immediately on the phone with Roland J. Down, and they were here within an hour. Venkatesh Armogan was knowledgeable, courteous, and exhibited excellent customer skills. Ven responded to all questions and concerns during the plumbing repair service. He was extremely respectful of the property during the process, cleaned up all debris, and made sure I was satisfied and everything was in working condition before his departure. Ven is a true plumbing artisan; I would definitely recommend him and Ronald J. Down for any plumbing installation or repairs needed.
The service itself was great
Monday 1/5/26 I called about a leaking heating pipe that was spraying water in my crawl space. The call itself was mildly frustrating, as the woman on the phone shrugged off most of my questions, saying, “I’m not the heating expert.” They scheduled me an appointment for the next day, as that was all that was available. I get it, you can’t schedule a person that does not exist. If everyone is busy, that’s just how it is—but my system was actively spraying water, so I had to figure out how to turn off the water myself to stop that.
BUT, the person who came out the next day, Nicholas Flanagan, was very prompt. He got there early in the scheduled window and had everything fixed very quickly. He was very nice/pleasant and made the whole process very simple. He was in and out in under an hour. I didn’t have to pay for anything, as it was covered under my service plan, which was great.
All in all, the service itself was great, but they really need to spend a bit more effort on their call center. If someone is calling because their system is spraying water all over in a crawl space or in their walls, there should be someone on the phone who can help them turn off the water/stop the spraying/minimize the damage. It’s not like they’re going to pay for the water damage if it takes them days to come fix a pipe that’s spraying water! At least be willing to have a few people who know how to read the manual for systems your company installed and say, “These valves turn off the water.” I shouldn’t have to turn off all the water in my house and risk pipes freezing in the winter.
But, again, this is mainly a complaint about specifically their phone support. The heating system I have through them and the actual workers have been great.
