Great Service and Great Technicians
It is my duty as an American citizen to inform the public that Paul DeBolt from Staley Rd. is, hands down, one of the sweetest and most down-to-earth people you will ever encounter. He showed up right on time with a smile, and we never ran out of things to talk about while he methodically worked through my annual plumbing inspection.
Not only was he thorough, but he also made sure I knew to change the filter in my newly installed RO system every six months—something I definitely would have forgotten.
Great service, great conversation, and a genuinely good guy. I hope Paul is the one who comes back for the next inspection! Also, Bob, Gunnar (and a new guy whose name I forgot!) did my HVAC inspection the same day and also did an incredibly thorough job as well! Great dudes!
I also need to note that Chief Bauer has switched to a call center for scheduling. If this continues, I will 100% switch to a different HVAC and plumbing provider. It’s one of the most inconsiderate and impersonal approaches a company can take.
Of all the ways to try to squeeze a penny, this isn’t it. The technicians and staff you have are excellent, and that’s the reason I’ve continued to use your company. But this change undermines that and brings the entire experience down.
I sincerely hope you reconsider this decision so I can continue supporting the talented people who work for you. Right now, it’s not a good look.

I had a water heater and furnace replaced, and the work was completed in two days. Every employee that was at my home was professional and really great to work with. Paul did a fantastic job installing our water heater. I am kicking myself for not remembering his helper's name because he was also fantastic. The HVAC techs Justin and Doug did a fantastic job installing our new furnace. They were professional and friendly. Justin took the time to explain exactly what work was being done and explain how my new system would work. Would recommend this company to others in the future.

We had our HVAC system redone late last year, and due to the cold, the AC could not be tested. Today Justin and Matt came out to make sure that it was working before the weather changes. They were professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Justin was, I believe, the lead person when we had the HVAC system redone, so it was nice to see a familiar face and have someone already oriented with our library and our needs. So glad we chose Chief Bauer for our HVAC system.

Extremely Happy With the Work
Paul completed a partial repipe on our house with lines about 60 years old. He replaced all drains and lines in our crawlspace and also one open wall from a leak that was fixed by him back in October. He did a thorough job with all of the pipes in the crawlspace and I am extremely happy with the work. He is a very knowledgeable plumber and also has a calm demeanor with his customers. I would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. We will call again if needed!

Technician worked very efficiently
I had a water heater replaced. The technician called ahead. He was delayed due to the snow we had the day before but kept me informed. He worked very efficiently and was very informed about his profession. I believe this should have been a two-person job, but they may have stepped on one another. Still, a water heater is not light and an injury could happen very easily. So far so good. Let’s see how the annual maintenance works.

Thank you for making it right
My aunt called yesterday because my furnace quit working. He came in, went down, took the door off, looked at it, had me turn the thermostat on, and said, "Yep, the ignition lit up, but it wouldn't kick on." So he looked at the circuit breaker, and it tripped the switch, so he flipped it back on and it kicked on. He tested to make sure I had heat, but did not stick around to see if the thud noise was gone or what was causing it. And they charged that amount of money for him to take the door off and flip a switch. And I still have the thud noise.
So they came back out and he thoroughly double checked everything, and the gentleman heard the noise and explained to me what it was and why it was doing what it was doing. So I am happy now and not stressing. Thank you for making it right.

Perfect from Start to Finish
Chief/Bauer, particularly Juan and Bob, were perfect from start to finish. They came out promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and took the time to teach me how to change the filter, which I really appreciated. They were incredibly kind and professional throughout the visit. The house temperature started at 54 degrees, and now everything is up and running perfectly. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and customer care.
I can’t say enough positive things about him
Scott Gaskin came to our home when our furnace stopped working on the weekend. I can’t say enough positive things about him. Even though it was late and I’m sure he wanted to be home with his family, he was pleasant and very personable. Thank goodness his experience and knowledge fixed the difficult problem! Juan also came to our house for routine maintenance. He was very thorough and alerted me to an issue that could turn into a problem if not taken care of in the near future. He was not pushy or insistent it get taken care of immediately. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable!
He Did an Excellent Job
Samer Qattoun came to perform regular maintenance and to clean the blower. He did an excellent job. He was professional, and it was obvious he takes pride in the work he does. He wants to make sure the work and the customer service are both stellar. Also a shout-out to Rhonda. She is invaluable and has gone above and beyond for us on a number of occasions!!
