Perfect from Start to Finish
Chief/Bauer, particularly Juan and Bob, were perfect from start to finish. They came out promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and took the time to teach me how to change the filter, which I really appreciated. They were incredibly kind and professional throughout the visit. The house temperature started at 54 degrees, and now everything is up and running perfectly. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and customer care.
I can’t say enough positive things about him
Scott Gaskin came to our home when our furnace stopped working on the weekend. I can’t say enough positive things about him. Even though it was late and I’m sure he wanted to be home with his family, he was pleasant and very personable. Thank goodness his experience and knowledge fixed the difficult problem! Thanks, Chief Bauer.
Juan also came to our house for routine maintenance. He was very thorough and alerted me to an issue that could turn into a problem if not taken care of in the near future. He was not pushy or insistent it get taken care of immediately. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable!
He Did an Excellent Job
Samer Qattoun came to perform regular maintenance and to clean the blower. He did an excellent job. He was professional, and it was obvious he takes pride in the work he does. He wants to make sure the work and the customer service are both stellar. Also a shout-out to Rhonda. She is invaluable and has gone above and beyond for us on a number of occasions!!
