Highly Recommend
Pardee has an excellent service that does semi-annual maintenance on my two HVAC systems. They do a very thorough job, discuss what they are doing and why, and the results. They are honest and do not try to just sell you a new HVAC system, but honestly try to keep your present system in good condition so it does not break down in the middle of the summer on a 95 degree day! Highly recommend.

Very professional and thorough
I just switched to Pardee Service Experts this week and Doug came out to inspect our HVAC system for the first time. Doug was very professional and thorough with his analysis of our HVAC system. We received a very thorough and easy to understand report card for our system, and Doug identified a couple key fixes which will serve to protect and extend the life of our system that our previous provider missed. I am super thrilled to be on board with you, Pardee Service Experts; thank you so much for all of your professionalism and expertise!

Kevin was absolutely amazing. My old water heater was in worse shape than I thought. When he came out to look at it, he explained the situation and said it needed to be replaced. He installed the new water heater and was very efficient and clean. He brought it up to code and was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience and honesty. I wouldn't hesitate to have him come back to my house to install or fix anything.
