They owe me a commission. A neighbor down the street had a hot water heater breakdown, and I gave them their phone number, and I think the neighbor called them. They're very good. I called the office, and the girl told me about fixing the thermostat so the house would heat up. Saved me some money. Thank you!

Kimmo Calton and Ezra St. John came and immediately knew what the problem could possibly be with my heater after I explained my concerns, but still inspected and took pictures just to verify and confirm. They thoroughly explained the issue in simple terms, provided options, and were upfront about costs. They were polite, friendly, professional, and respectful of my home. They also arrived on time, worked quickly, and solved the issue on the first visit.
Never a disappointment
Jonathan Sancimino and Gerald arrived today all the way from across town very quickly. They reviewed the issues with the unit and made some adjustments/repairs. They were very professional and friendly. The house is now getting warm, and they let me know that if there are any other further issues to call back at any time. Been with Pardee for over 10 years, never a disappointment.
