They came out to Results Physiotherapy - Summerville North to do our quarterly assessment on our HVAC system, and both were very respectful, informative, and personable. It's always refreshing to have servicemen that I can have conversations with and not feel talked down to; they were informed and helpful, and they would most certainly be the preferred HVAC duo I'd like to see in the future. Doug and Cole with Pardee came to the house to do annual maintenance on my HVAC. Very thorough, informative, and professional. They provided educational information to maintain good quality air flow and performance. Will definitely call Pardee again.
They absolutely crushed the job
We've been having plumbing issues for the past 6 months and made a call to Pardee. They sent a specialist (Kevin Whipple) out same day to assess the situation. He returned the next day with another technician (Josh Baroody) and they absolutely crushed the job within 6 hours. They completely re-did all of the plumbing under the house and to the septic tank and everything now drains perfectly.

We had a plumbing emergency and Kevin Whipple came to the rescue! He arrived promptly, and though we were prepared to wait for however long the repair took, he had the clog flushed out before ever stepping one foot inside the house. He was extremely kind and courteous throughout the entire process, even taking time to chat with my family and meet our dog and two cats. We couldn’t be happier with our service and provider!
