He did his job without missing a step
New technician (for me), Lamare McBride, came to service my unit outside in the backyard and inside the attic while it's extremely hot out and the attic is even hotter. Ugh. But he did his job without missing a step and was kind and patient with me, and it's hard to get that kind of service these days! Thanks again, Mr. McBride, for all you did in maintaining my calm oasis of home and me!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and very prompt! My 21-year-old AC died early on a Thursday morning, had a meeting with two technicians (Britain and Cole) in the afternoon, and had a new system fully installed by Friday (Damien and one other). I wasn’t able to be there when they were installing the new unit, but I felt comfortable leaving a key for the crew based on their professionalism and previous reviews!

Technicians Did Everything to Save Me Money
Technicians did everything they could to save me money. Britain and Shaun identified my furnace switch was causing my HVAC issue and gave me a chance to repair it myself to lower the cost. I will be returning to request them for service next time.

Logan Bowman Needs 20 Stars!
Oh my Lord, Logan Bowman needs 20 stars! He changed the filters up and down, changed the capacitor downstairs, the upstairs unit had a burned-out UV light, changed that, then spent almost 45 minutes hosing and scrubbing down both units outside. I was stunned! No tech has ever done even close to that level of work in the 1200 sun on the west side of the house; he was soaked. Give him a big raise, and I will only ask for him from now on.

Have used Pardee all 13 years I’ve owned my home. Excellent service. Always on time. Had Brendan (blonde guy) as my technician today. He was informative, told me about some services I might want, but wasn’t pushy (I automatically say no when they are pushy), and he was personable! Signed up for their plumbing program also.

After we accepted our repair estimate, the parts department delayed putting in our order for some unknown reason. Then it took a while to ship. But once the part arrived, Jermaine E came out the next day and did a great job on the install.

Perseverance and Expertise
Kimmon and Ezra, the service technicians, arrived for my annual spring HVAC checkup. They were very professional and checked all of the systems thoroughly. They identified the water line was clogged and immediately fixed the situation. When they went to check on the outside unit, they discovered it had not been cleaned in a while and took the extra time to clean it where it looks like new! I appreciated their perseverance, double-checking all of the systems, and going the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly. My thanks to both of them for their kindness and expertise during this service call!
