They absolutely crushed the job
We've been having plumbing issues for the past 6 months and made a call to Pardee. They sent a specialist (Kevin Whipple) out same day to assess the situation. He returned the next day with another technician (Josh Baroody) and they absolutely crushed the job within 6 hours. They completely re-did all of the plumbing under the house and to the septic tank and everything now drains perfectly.

He arrived promptly, and though we were prepared to wait for however long the repair took, he had the clog flushed out before ever stepping one foot inside the house. They made an incredibly difficult situation simple
We had some real issues in our downtown Charleston apt. HVAC was in trouble, mold in the interior of the unit; and from past experience, we knew working with a lot of the HVAC companies can be difficult. But this morning we had two of the genuinely nicest, most knowledgeable guys show up from Pardee, Cedric and Anthony, and they made an incredibly difficult situation simple and got it done quickly. The only reason it took as long as it did is because I wanted to keep the conversation going. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. And for us, their special UV system was exactly what we needed to make sure it didn’t happen again. We’re thankful it was Cedric and Anthony that showed up at our door this morning, and wouldn’t want anyone else. If you have a problem, these guys are who you want to call. Every time.
