Very professional and thorough
I recently had a yearly inspection of my HVAC unit and from start to finish the experience was very professional and thorough. The technicians Ezra and Anthony were courteous and knowledgeable and provided several options for repairs and updates to my equipment that fit my budget. Thanks Pardee for providing a top-rate service.
This Is a Great Company
Two team members came to the house at 2230 and diagnosed HVAC problems. Worked a deal to replace 2 HVAC systems and, while they were at it, replaced two 28-year-old water heaters. Team arrived at 0730. HVAC guys were done by 1300. The plumber replaced the two water heaters (one in an attic, 3 stories up, and one on ground level). He was done by 1730. Amazing work! Team worked so very well together. A supervisor even arrived at lunchtime and delivered huge bags of Firehouse Subs for the guys. The supervisor (Gene) was able to answer many questions. This is a great company. You might find a cheaper install out there... but I sincerely doubt you'd ever get this kind of a teamwork response and installation. Highly recommend!
02/29/24: John S. and James stopped by today and did spring service. They found a couple of things and addressed immediately. Because of service and technicians like James and John, I've recommended Pardee to several friends. Great work, always on time, professional and friendly! Highly recommend to anyone for HVAC and water heater service. Thanks, guys!
06/11/24: Chris, Kimmon, and George stopped by when the upstairs unit was not functioning properly, quick fix and ops check and everything good. Great guys to work with... invited them to hang out at the pool with a cold one, but they have a busy schedule! Thanks, Pardee... you always send such helpful technicians! See you in August!
6/18/25: Kimmon back here for a plugged up drain (again). He got it cleared and checked out all the switches. Always great service. Just wish the darn drain was a better design.
7/7/25: Doug Jackson and Gerald out for our semi-annual service. Doug spotted a problem with the UV system name, corrected right away. Very knowledgeable and professional technician. As always, thanks for the amazing service and keeping the system clean and operational.
12/30/2025: Pardee reached out for our preventive maintenance plan and sent two technicians. They arrived on time, sending an "enroute" message earlier. Great work, as always. Thanks for keeping our two Bosch units working at full efficiency.

Kimmon was excellent
Kimmon was excellent. He was able to finally help us resolve a frustrating issue with a Mitsubishi heating unit. Very clear communications and patient troubleshooting. In the end, he left us with a clear understanding of the issue and a much better grasp of specific thermostat issues associated with our particular unit. In the future, we will ask specifically for Kimmon to help us with any service issues.
