Kevin Really Saved the Day
Not often I walk into a situation where I find myself completely helpless, coming home to an active pipe burst on my tankless hot water heater. Pardee was the first number I ran into and placed the call, unknowingly of a response time at 9 p.m. late at night. From the time I initially spoke to the operator and Kevin’s follow-up call and coming out to my house… less than 30 mins. Amazing! Kevin, completely professional, assessing the problem at hand upon arrival, went into recovery mode. He wasted no time and knew exactly what he needed to resolve the problem, as if it was second nature to him on his response time. He was absolutely knowledgeable and very informative in product knowledge and optional programs and services that is currently available and the benefits it provides. Kevin really saved the day when I didn’t know where to begin. This is the kind of service that definitely gives Pardee respectable high ratings and repeated customers for life. What a fine gentleman
We were in great need of plumbing/dishwasher repair and called Pardee. Blockage causing water backup into sinks. They dispatched Kevin Whipple within an hour. What a blessing that Kevin came here. What a fine gentleman. He worked on the blockage and made sure that there were no other problems.
If you ever do need any services that they provide I would request Kevin as the technician. They probably have other qualified technicians but my first request would be for Kevin Whipple.
