Exceptional Professionalism from Kendall and Marchello
Kendall and Marchello conducted themselves with exceptional professionalism during their visit to our residence. Regarding the exterior unit, they meticulously trimmed the hedges and offered valuable recommendations for maintaining a clear area around the equipment. Despite the apparent weight of the attic unit, they ensured its proper installation. Furthermore, they provided a comprehensive explanation of the associated application. My sole suggestion would be to consider allocating dedicated personnel for equipment removal. Handling such heavy machinery for extended periods can be arduous, yet they persevered with commendable dedication. Their commitment is highly respected.

The experience was fantastic
Did we want to spend the money on a new unit? No, but were we forced to because of new regulations and the inability to repair our 8-year-old unit? YES.
The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Matt was very honest with us about our situation and stayed the entire time we met with the salesperson, Chant, on a Saturday nonetheless. We were very impressed that by this afternoon (a day and a half later) our unit is in and working. The team that did the install was wonderful from start to finish. I work remotely from my home office and not once did I feel like them working was a disruption. I was informed of every step and given a tutorial of the new thermostat, as well as the offer to return if I had trouble with the app working the new thermostat.
Yes, our pockets are a little less full, but we now have peace of mind going into the hot months that we will be taken care of with no extra costs to us since we chose the Advantage package option for our new unit.
Thank you to the team of men who worked so hard to get this done and cleaned up like nothing was done at all. In a world full of customer no service, I am delighted to say we received great customer service.
