It’s been hot! We started the week with an A/C system that just wouldn’t play ball. After looking around we found Service Experts and everyone’s opinion is that they are communicative and work fast.
They were true to both and more. Leon B. was friendly, professional, and informed us as to what was going on without needing to ask. They got our A/C unit running, didn’t price gouge or go hunting for things just to fluff the bill, and even checked on the smart thermostat to make sure it was set up to run efficiently.

They Were Not Pushy at All
I had them come out and do an A/C check and maintenance with their special offer. The sales rep and technician were cordial and explained any questions I had thoroughly. The only upsell they attempted was for UV protection in the air handler due to the mold growing inside of it. I inspected the air handler along with them and saw the mold firsthand. After doing some research, it was obvious we would need to get this done and maybe helped explain some of the sneezing, etc. we were having despite no allergies. They were not pushy at all, and there seemed to be some value to what they were offering in terms of the UV system and annual maintenance of the unit. Other than the mold, my system was in good shape, and they were honest about not needing any further maintenance.

A Smooth and Great Experience
Everything has been a smooth and great experience so far. We have two units in our house, and both were having issues. One we replaced, and it was a quick and easy process with them! The unit has been running very efficiently and smoothly since installation. Our second unit needed a repair, which they also did very quickly. Mae has been very professional and made it easy to schedule maintenance. Our new unit had its first maintenance with Nick, who was very informative and, as far as I can tell, seemed very knowledgeable.
