Mr. Roosevelt Robinson, the HVAC technician, conducted a thorough tune-up service. He took the time to check everything and to take pictures and videos to show his work.
Very professional and courteous
Donnie and JT from Midland Air are very professional and courteous and provided some very helpful and great info on my heating and air unit for our rental property. These two gentlemen even went as far as to explain to me about a UV air scrubber system to help eliminate dust, mildew, and possible mold from growing within the system, especially for those of us that live in this part of South Carolina where temp and humidity fluctuates drastically. Talk about being honest even with unit upsale to solve problem, which is worth it. Kudos, Midland Air, for sending two great guys to help and solve my air system problem.

The Midland Air team (Mr. Cory Jordan, Mr. Dillon, and the installation crew) that showed up to service our home possessed the necessary skills and knowledge to make this a seamless process, and we are extremely grateful. The team was prompt, friendly, courteous, thorough, and worked with us to ensure all of our home repair needs were addressed and met. They explained in detail the full assessment of our issues with our HVAC system and what all was needed to resolve it. We would highly recommend this company to everyone!

Excellent installation of new system
I had a new heat pump system installed, replacing an 18-year-old system. Marcello and his assistant did an excellent job of removal of the old equipment and installation of the new system. From order placement to finished installation was about 24 hours. I much appreciated their effort to get the work completed due to a cold spell we're having.

I arranged with your salesman Chant to purchase and install a new heat pump system to replace the old one I had that needed major repairs. He gave me options. I chose the one that I thought would be good for my situation. The installers came out the next day, which was today, and did an excellent job. Marcello and his assistant were great. They took the time to help me program the new thermostat on my cellphone. They left the job area in better condition than when they first arrived. Absolutely no issue with what they did. Thank you!
