If anyone reading this is EVER in need of a plumber, PLEASE connect with these folks. I had a clogged shower drain. Only one shower in my home. My husband is in the hospital. SSSSSooooo, imagine my concern. I had to shower at the hospital. I called these folks and because of the above circumstance had to reschedule, not once but a few times. I explained my situation and they were amazingly kind and understanding of my situation. I finally worked a schedule with them. Dakota came out and fixed my problem within 10 min, along with hopes for my sweet husband's full recovery. I will recommend them to not only family, but friends and anyone who has a plumbing problem. BTY, they stuck to the original cost. Sooo, having said this, I want to THANK YA'LL. Now I can concentrate on my husband. He is still hospitalized, but some better. Thank yall again.

Great experience with the Midlands team
Great experience with the Midlands team. I was out of town and my daughter was at the house with the team. They came on time for the initial maintenance appointment to check my split heat pump unit that had stopped working. They messaged/called in and even showed map tracking as they were en route to my Linbrook Dr. Forest Acres location. As my daughter described the symptoms to me prior, the Midlands team confirmed through their maintenance tests with me what I anticipated would be a worst-case scenario, requiring a new unit. They gave me the best rate available with a scheduled completion installation of a new and more efficient unit within 24 hours. The team brought the new, more efficient unit and installed it completely as they had committed. Very professional crew and ensured all worked and described to my daughter all details for new operation. Also provided the maintenance package and warranty information package. Thanks for making this process easy for me during my travel and inability to be there in person by providing clear and honest communication. Would recommend to others! Look forward to working with your business for any future needs.
