Very professional and efficient
I had a tankless unit installed two years ago. A part in the unit became defective, and my hot water stopped working. After evaluation, Stevenson replaced my unit the next day. My service guy, Stan, was very professional and provided me with a great deal of knowledge about the unit. He was very efficient and did a great job. Thanks, Stan, for getting my family taken care of in a timely manner.
I couldn't have asked for anything more
Michael Mullins, the technician, called and gave me a 50-minute warning for an HVAC maintenance visit. He showed up on time, got right to work, and when finished, explained everything he had done thoroughly. He also asked me if there was anything else he could do. He was courteous throughout the visit. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I asked to have my furnace filter replaced. The technician, Kenneth Wooten, went above and beyond. He did a furnace inspection and A/C inspection. He removed the cover on the A/C unit and cleaned inside! Very thorough and polite!

Very Professional and Very Good Service
Latiana serviced our AC yesterday. We have Advantage Service and she replaced both the filter and ultraviolet light. She did a complete check with pictures. She also cleaned the cooling fins on the AC unit. Very professional and made sure all questions were answered. Very good service.

Michael Mullins arrived on time to maintain our A/C. He replaced a part and checked things over. He even checked out the cold air return at our request due to issues we were having. He was very polite. We did notice a piece of wire that was left and a little dirt left in the utility closet after he departed.

Latiana M. and Alex J. came to the rescue to repair my HVAC. Same-day service. On time. Incredibly friendly and helpful! Even got multiple pro tips from Latiana on how to extend the life of my unit - how cool is that!?!? Really, really good people!!! And this may sound trivial (but it's not!), they even put on booties upon entering our home - I loved that, especially since we don't wear shoes inside. They've done work for us before... so I can tell you with authority that their service is consistently EXCELLENT!

Knowledgeable and efficient
We recently had our heat pump inspected by Latiana McWorter as part of our maintenance agreement. We found her to be knowledgeable and efficient as well as pleasant to work with. She made an adjustment to calibrate our thermostat that was reading 2° off and gave us some other useful tips about our system. We would recommend her and will request her for our next appointment.

Our furnace inspection & maintenance was recently completed by service technician Latiana McWhorter. She was great. She was polite, thorough, and explained things in easy-to-understand terminology. She uncovered some things that previous inspections missed. And when she wasn't sure about something, she didn't fake it. She acknowledged her uncertainty and called up an associate who could answer my questions. We definitely welcome her back for future service.

He completed the work professionally
We have used Stevenson Service Experts for several years now. Robert Roquemore was our technician today and he was excellent. He called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived I told him we had 3 air conditioning units. He was told by the office that he would be working on one, but he completed the annual inspection on all 3 units. He even replaced an ultraviolet light which had burnt out. Despite the hot and tight spaces where the in-house units were located, he completed the work professionally. He was polite, understanding, and explained his findings.
My only complaints would be with the inconvenience of having to reschedule the air conditioning check-up three times. Although the receptionists on the phone are always polite and patient, it was frustrating having to wait for the technician who could not come that day and have to reschedule so many times.

Chris Merz and Shawn Chaute were great! Very professional and thorough. They also didn't use any scare tactics to try and get me to fix something that wasn't really broken - this has happened to me once in the past with a different employee at Stevensons who came out for routine maintenance - that serviceman tried telling me that I needed a whole new furnace, said that it was leaking carbon monoxide, but when I got a 2nd/3rd opinion, I was told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my unit.
