Fabian Montoya came to our house for a routine service for the upstairs attic HVAC unit, and I could not be more impressed. He did an exceptional job and is hands down the best HVAC technician I’ve ever used. Throughout the appointment, he was incredibly thorough, patient, and polite. He took the time to explain everything clearly and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and expertise. It is rare to find someone so professional and dedicated to their craft. Our experience with Freschi is always exceptional. We are Membership++ customers and have been very happy with the company and the services provided. Our tankless water heater went kaput and we were left with no hot water. When I called Freschi, they sent Salvador out the very next morning. Salvador was personable and extremely professional. After his inspection, he gave us our options in a very clear manner. Salvador is an excellent ambassador for the Freschi company.
