Getting a 2nd opinion eases some stresses
I used the online service request last night to request a 2nd opinion on a plumbing leak detection and was able to schedule next day between 12-4! Lee S was the technician who was sent out, arriving shortly after 12 p.m. After listening to the issues, he provided a reasonable estimate for camera inspection. He allowed me to view his camera while investigating. He was able to locate the issue and provide an estimate on the repair costs. Unfortunately, the outcome was the same as my first inspection; it's going to be a big, costly job. Getting a 2nd opinion eases some of the stresses of the unknown and provides another option. Thank you Lee S for coming out on a Saturday and for your plumbing expertise!

This is the first time Zachary Edwards has provided the semi-annual maintenance on my system. He did a great job.
