Honest and fair service
Less than 3 years ago I purchased a sewage pump kit. Within the first year I was experiencing problems with the pump. The original installer came to service the unit; it worked for a few months. During that time Service Experts merged or acquired the original installer. I have a service contract with them. I made an appointment for service; a temporary fix was given. I was connected with a supervisor, Doug, and he came out with an electrician and pinpointed why my unit was failing. Today, 2/20/26, Doug, Lee, and an electrician from Service Experts got my unit repaired, explained how my unit should work, and were honest and fair with me. I’m pleased with their work and I’m looking forward to years of good service and would recommend the company.
Seasonal Maintenance on Our HVAC System
It was a pleasure to have Jason Vasquez in our home completing our seasonal maintenance on our HVAC system. He was courteous and professional and even got along well with our Scottish Terriers. He checked the system, explained any discrepancies, and offered recommendations for me, as a homeowner, to ensure the system will function at peak efficiency!!!

Very professional and considerate
We recently had a complete air duct cleaning on our 3 HVAC systems. The service techs, Chris Brown and Bobby, were very professional, on time, and very considerate of household items/furniture, wall decorations, etc. They kept us updated as they were going from room to room. Our daughter had used them a few weeks prior and highly recommended them, as do we.

Damaged Tankless Water Heater Replaced
We had a damaged tankless water heater due to the freeze. They replaced it in a short time, also identified additional problems with the house water feed. Austin was very professional and personable in providing clear information and solutions to the problems.
