Ricky Bell is a life saver
Prompt and competent. 7/29/26. Ricky Bell is a life saver. A week ago our A/C condenser overflowed in our sink on the second floor and flooded. It was discovered at 8 p.m. First of all, Service Experts were amazing in their response at that hour. Ricky came out and mitigated the immediate issue. He also recommended a solution with the piping to help alleviate this in the future. He came out today and put the "solution" in. He is very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality to help de-stress the situation. I highly recommend Service Experts AND Ricky!!!

We had our spring service done in April, and it appears that the tech and his trainee took a break at our house. None of the filters were cleaned and the UV bulb was not replaced. Today we had a problem with one of our units not working. Christian came out and took care of the problem, cleaned the unit's filter and got us up and running. Can we request which tech we get? I'd like Christian to come out and do my fall check-up. He was really great.
Excellent customer service
I had a great experience with Service Experts and especially with Richard Martinez. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very honest throughout the entire visit. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my HVAC system, checked the refrigerant levels, cleaned the condenser coils, flushed the drain lines, and explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand.
What I appreciated most was that Richard didn’t try to upsell me or recommend unnecessary repairs. After completing the inspection, he confirmed that my system was operating properly and gave me peace of mind. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is transparent, courteous, and truly cares about doing the job right.
If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust, I highly recommend Service Experts—and if you have the opportunity, ask for Richard Martinez. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

When he speaks with you, he is respectful and polite, maintaining appropriate eye contact, allowing you to speak while proactively listening, making everyone an important part of the conversations. It was over 100 degrees outside and my AC decided this peak-summer meltdown was the perfect time to quit working. Enter these absolute legends.
I made an appointment expecting days-long wait, but they arrived in record time. They diagnosed the issue, fixed the unit, and had glorious frosty air blowing through my vents before I could even finish melting into a puddle upstairs.
Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear boots, carry toolboxes, and restore your will to live in triple-digit heat. If you need professional miracle workers, call these guys immediately!

Our AC shut down at 6 p.m. in 100-degree Texas heat, and I was prepared for the worst scenario. They sent two technicians out by 8 p.m. who quickly diagnosed the problem, cleaned and recharged the outside unit, and we had cool air by 9 p.m. The techs were courteous and efficient, so we dodged a major bullet for less than $500. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this company.

Service person arrived on time and quoted a price for my plumbing repair upfront. The work was completed in a timely manner. The service person was very helpful answering my questions concerning future repairs that might be needed.
Very professional and friendly team
I began having problems with the upstairs HVAC system cooling. Service Experts checked the system and found a leak in the coil upstairs. This was one of the systems installed in 2016. I had several options explained very well to me. A complication is that the EPA has again changed the refrigerant in use today. It was apparent my best solution was to replace the entire upstairs HVAC system. The next morning, 7/2/2026, Bobby and Hai came to take out the old system and install the new one. They were both very professional and worked well as a team. They put down work cloths from the door, up the stairs, and down the hall to the attic access. They answered all my questions completely and were very friendly. I am very glad I have continued to use Service Experts now for 23 years.
Lap did a routine check of my system and found several problems with the furnace. He was very good at presenting my options. Due to the age of the system I asked about replacement. Lap contacted Ted, a residential sales consultant; Ted was here within 10 minutes. Ted told me about my options for replacement. I decided to replace the entire system. Bernie, Kevin, Bobby, and Jaime did the work removing my old system and installing the new system. They were very friendly and kept me informed along the way. They also were very careful moving equipment in and out of the house and did a good job cleaning up when done. They helped me set up my settings and ensured everything worked correctly.
