Jason Vasquez responded to my call for help when my A/C quit cooling. He did a great job of troubleshooting the problem to discover the fundamental cause and perform the required repair. Jason was courteous and very efficient and effective in his work. I could not ask for better service.

Received professional service from Jason Vasquez, who provided routine maintenance of a new HVAC unit. He explained the benefits of an ultraviolet lighting unit to reduce coil build-up. The price quoted was higher than online search ranges, and I decided not to invest in this. He took time to answer questions and help me in setting up filter ordering. He was very kind and thorough.

Excellence Is Worth Every Bit of It
Perhaps a smidge overpriced, but excellence is worth every bit of it. After an inspection that included the equivalent of a colonoscope exam, which allowed me to see the rusty corrosion of my 32-year-old furnace, I had both an AC and furnace replaced. Everything was professional, on time, and as presented. Two experienced men spent 10 hours installing the new equipment, and they were the epitome of skill, talent, courtesy, and humble professionalism. Where do you find tenured employees like that, and how do you keep them as your employees for the better part of two decades? It speaks for the culture of the company. They installed a Lennox unit that will serve me for the rest of my days on this earth, and for that I am most grateful.
He Did a Great Job
This is the first time Anthony Escamilla has provided the semi-annual A/C maintenance on my system. He did a great job. Courteous and professional. The drain was not working properly, so he had to fix it. We've been with Crawford for a long time and hope Service Experts will continue with the same type of good service that Crawford provided for us.

I requested whole house duct cleaning and UV light replacement service. The service technician was Christopher Brown and he did a great job. He was extremely professional and thorough with the service and clearly answered questions - very knowledgeable. After the service was done he provided a good collection of before/after photos. Overall great job and highly recommend.

Did a great job fixing the leak
Mychal A did a great job fixing the leak in my wall today. It was a stressful situation and he was very calm and got everything taken care of.
He Went the Extra Step
Cesar was very polite and changed the batteries in my Nest thermostat, then checked and found out the main problem was in my apartment complex's units, which was low on Freon, which is no longer made. He advised both myself and the apartment maintenance man of this. I really appreciate that he went the extra step to find the entire problem.

Joshua Mayo did my maintenance on my main outside unit plus the Mitsubishi unit. He did a good job. He also explained what he had done and explained about vent and duct cleaning. I pay for the year; it gives 2 free services, winter and summer.
