Quiet, Efficient & Professional
Jorge Puebla was the technician today. He was on time, quiet, efficient & professional. I have been with this company since 1966, thru the changes. I hope Service Experts can live up to AIRRITE & Crawford Services. So far they have done very well!

I had a new hot water heater installed today, and the technicians were professional, courteous, very thorough, and amazingly efficient. It took less than 2 hours (including picking up the new heater) and went very smoothly. Todd is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly and in understandable terms, which I greatly appreciate. I have used Levi & Sons for my HVAC maintenance for years, and had some minor plumbing repairs in the past, as well. Each tech I deal with is equally friendly and knowledgeable, and I have complete trust in their employees and products. I will not call anyone else when I have a need for their services. I whole-heartedly recommend them!
Service Experts Stand by Their Work
In my bathtub, when switching from bath mode to shower head, the faucet would still run. The faucet was broken internally. He replaced that and it worked. There was no charge for that since I had a technician come previously to repair it and it wasn't done properly. Service Experts stands by their work since they didn't charge for the second trip. I recommend Antonio Martinez for plumbing work. He knows his stuff. I also had the internal parts of the toilet replaced since it wasn't working properly. That was $312. Works good now.

We had a complicated leak that started behind a wall. Had to cut out sheetrock to figure out where the leak was coming from. William came out, assessed the pipe, and found out it was leaking. He was able to cut and replace the bad pipe. William did an excellent job. On time, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!

I trust the work that Service Experts provide
Service Experts came to my home today to do preventative maintenance on our heat pump. Jason and Greg were very knowledgeable of my unit and knew the history of other preventative maintenance calls from the past. Greg walked me through their service of filters for our water system, including whole-house systems. Greg also checked our hot water heaters. Jason provided me with a complete breakdown of our heat pump system and replaced our filter. He also did a complete checkup of our outdoor unit, including cleaning and flushing out the condenser. I trust the work that Service Experts provide, and I appreciate how easy it was to make the appointment online and receive updates and confirmations by text.

My furnace was serviced and filter changed by Joshua Mayo. He did the service well, took photos and made some thoughtful recommendations. My only quibble is that there was no phone call from Service Experts the day before to confirm the appointment, and no call the morning of the appointment.
