The technicians like Juan that they send out are extremely knowledgeable on the equipment they work on, and they are excellent communicators, as well as care about the homes they enter. What really impressed me was their concern to pass this excellence down to the new technicians they are training by sending a trainee, Justice, a seasoned technician, Juan, and a supervisor, Fabian, to assure this excellence flows into the future.

Charles Tannehill was one of the best plumbers I have ever used, whether they were with Service Experts or not. He took one look at my kitchen faucet leak and immediately knew what it was. Then, it was fixed quickly.

Secured same-day appointment to clear a clogged kitchen sink drain. Technician was competent, courteous, thorough, and conscientious.
What a complete relief
Of course, the day before the bad weather hits, one of my HVAC units stopped working. I called Thursday night to make an appointment. They had the techs at my house the following morning. What a complete relief it was to see their van pull up. During such a stressful time when freezing temperatures were about to hit, Justice, Brad, and Kyle were kind, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and assured me that they would take care of the problem. I am so grateful for men like these who take the stress off and can fix the problem. Thank you again.
We Were Able to Determine the Cause
There was a puzzling humming that came on and off. Chris checked the entire system and everything was working well. By working together and walking me through the system, where the humming was coming from, we were able to determine the cause and solve the issue!

I called Service Experts and was able to get a same-day appointment for my leaky outside faucet. The technician, Antonio Martinez, was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He offered several options for repair and completed the job quickly. I would definitely ask for him for my next repair.

Kyle and Ra'mon, it's very polite when they came in. They introduced their cells. They were telling me what they're, you know, going to check. And in an air was gonna tell me, you know, what I need to do. Some options of financing about the cleaning very detailed. I really appreciate. Professionalism and Service
Just had Austin L out to address a slow-draining bathroom sink. He immediately noticed the condensate line from the AC and knew the what and where for the problem. He fixed it quickly and also advised me on what to do to prevent the problem going forward. I really appreciated the level of professionalism and service he showed!
I also had Jamie R out for my HVAC maintenance earlier this month. I received the same level of professionalism and service then.
That's a major part of the reason I continue to call on Service Experts for my HVAC (and plumbing!) needs.

Replaced kitchen garbage disposal and a faucet valve. The plumber was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He wore protective covers on his shoes without me asking and left the work areas clean.
