Daniel Reidy is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Service Experts, where he is responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction and growth. He was named CEO in 2024 after more than a decade of leadership within Brookfield, the parent company of Service Experts.
Prior to his current role, Daniel served as an Operating Partner with Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group, supporting North American portfolio companies in growth and risk management. He joined Brookfield in 2011 as part of Brookfield Financial, where, as a Managing Partner, he oversaw the firm’s global infrastructure advisory activities.
Michael Lee is the Chief Financial Officer at Service Experts, where he is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and strategic planning. He joined the company in 2021, bringing around 20 years of experience in finance, capital markets, and accounting, with a strong background in both banking and professional services.
Before joining Service Experts, Michael spent nearly a decade with Scotiabank in Capital Markets and Canadian Banking, followed by two years with RBC in Capital Markets and Transaction Banking. He began his career with Deloitte & Ernst & Young, where he focused on audit, tax, accounting, and M&A.
Michael holds a BBA from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Anne Vasconcellos is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Service Experts, where she drives people strategy, talent development, and cultural transformation. She joined the company in November 2024, bringing more than 20 years of international HR leadership experience across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
Before joining Service Experts, Anne held senior roles with Vale, one of the world’s largest mining companies, where she led large-scale organizational and cultural transformation initiatives. She later advanced her expertise in the technology sector at Sabre, specializing in workforce solutions, talent management, and executive rewards to support innovation and growth.
Anne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA in People Development. Originally from Brazil, she has lived in Singapore and the United States, bringing a global perspective and cross-cultural leadership style to her work.
Jon Powell is the Senior Vice President of Field and Operations at Service Experts, and a 25-year veteran of the company. He leads the field operations strategy with a focus on efficiency, service excellence, and scalability.
Jon joined Service Experts in 2000 as an Operations and Sales Manager in the Central Florida region and has since held key leadership roles, including General Manager, Director of Field Integration, and Vice President of Business Integration. Before his career at Service Experts, Jon served in the United States Marine Corps.
Burton Malcom is the Senior Vice President of Field and Sales at Service Experts, where he leads the company’s sales strategy to expand market presence, optimize performance, and deliver value to customers. He joined Service Experts in 2016 as a Sales Manager and has since held several leadership roles, including National Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales.
Before joining Service Experts, Burton served in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the leadership and operational expertise that continue to shape his career.
Eric Griggs is the Vice President and General Counsel at Service Experts, where he oversees all legal and compliance matters for the organization. He joined the company in 2022, bringing extensive experience in corporate law and in-house counsel leadership.
Before joining Service Experts, Eric practiced law at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company and served as in-house counsel in both the public and private sectors, advising on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
Eric earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law.
Travis Arnesen is the Vice President of Marketing at Service Experts, where he oversees enterprise marketing strategy and brand development. He joined the company in January 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience in brand strategy, performance marketing and driving omnichannel marketing programs.
Before joining Service Experts, Travis held senior marketing roles with Harbor Freight Tools and a leading wine importer, where he drove corporate rebranding efforts, national advertising campaigns, and new brand launches. He also serves as a Pro Bono Consultant with The Taproot Foundation, supporting nonprofits with marketing and brand strategy.
Travis holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration – Marketing from Sonoma State University.
Michael Ashworth is the Vice President of Procurement, Real Estate, and IT at Service Experts, a role he began in January 2025. With more than 20 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, he is a strategic leader with a proven record of optimizing supply chains, driving cost savings, and strengthening vendor partnerships.
Before joining Service Experts, Michael held senior leadership roles at McKesson, Flowserve, Sulzer Management AG, and ExxonMobil, where he led cross-functional teams, managed multi-billion-dollar budgets, and delivered operational efficiencies across global operations.
Michael earned a BBA from the University of Houston, holds a C.P.M.(Certified Procurement Manager) designation, and is Black Belt Certified in Lean Six Sigma.
Jeffrey Chan is Vice President of Finance at Service Experts, where he leads financial strategy, analysis, and planning to support the company’s growth and long-term value creation. With over 15 years of experience, Jeffrey has a proven track record of shaping financial direction and enabling business transformation.
Since joining Service Experts in 2019, Jeffrey has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s financial foundation – modernizing reporting systems, driving operational efficiencies, and building strategic frameworks that guide investment and expansion decisions. His leadership has supported initiatives that improved profitability, optimized pricing strategies, and delivered significant cost synergies.
Prior to joining Service Experts, Jeffrey spent five years at Enercare, one of Canada’s leading home services and energy solutions providers. During this time, he partnered with business leaders to develop financial models and strategies that influenced market positioning and growth initiatives.
Jeffrey combines deep technical expertise with a forward-looking approach to financial planning, ensuring that Service Experts remains agile and competitive in a dynamic market. He holds a BBA from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA).
Matthew Lefler is the Vice President of Franchising Operations at Service Experts, where he leads operational support and growth for the company’s franchise network. He joined the company in March 2025, bringing nearly a decade of hands-on experience in franchising leadership and operations.
Prior to Service Experts, Matthew held progressive roles with Neighborly, beginning in an administrative position and advancing to Vice President of Operations at the Mr. Rooter Plumbing brand. He also served as a General Manager for a franchise location in Florida and as a Regional Director of Operations overseeing franchise groups in Florida and Alabama.
Matthew holds a BA in English from Northern Illinois University, an MA in English from Western Illinois University, and is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) through the International Franchise Association.
Nick Ridgway is the Vice President of Franchise Development at Service Experts, where he leads the growth and expansion of the franchise program. He joined the company in August 2025, bringing over 10 years of franchising experience across support, development and leadership.
Throughout his career, Nick has helped more than 400 entrepreneurs achieve their dreams of business ownership, guiding them from evaluation to successful launch. He has deep home services expertise with management roles at TruGreen and Scotts Miracle-Gro.
Amanda Wilson is the Senior Director of Growth Strategy at Service Experts, where she leads the company’s flagship Advantage Program and Maintenance+ memberships as a core driver of enterprise growth. Amanda owns the strategic roadmap for these offerings, ensuring they deliver market differentiation and long-term customer value. The Advantage Program contributes to substantial increases in recurring revenue, customer retention, and overall profitability.
Since joining Service Experts in 2016, Amanda has advanced through leadership roles in product management, pricing strategy, and operations, consistently delivering initiatives that optimize performance and accelerate growth. She is recognized for aligning cross-functional teams to execute complex strategies that strengthen competitive positioning and enhance customer experience.
Prior to Service Experts, Amanda held key roles in operations and digital marketing at ReachLocal, where she improved sales and service processes, drove adoption of business systems, and supported revenue-generating programs through training and operational excellence.
Amanda earned a BBA in Marketing from the University of North Texas. She is also deeply committed to community service, volunteering with organizations such as Carter BloodCare, WildRescue Inc., and Minnie’s Food Pantry.
Raj Khosla, CFA, is the Vice President and Treasurer at Service Experts, where he leads treasury, credit & collection and billing operations. With over 25 years of experience in Treasury and Capital Markets, Raj has structured and managed more than $10 billion in securitization and funding programs, driving record efficiency and cost optimization.
Before joining Service Experts, Raj held senior Treasury leadership roles at Bread Financial and Hewlett-Packard, where he consistently delivered transformational results — from reducing funding spreads and fees to negotiating complex multi-billion-dollar financing structures.
Raj holds an MBA degree from Carnegie Mellon, and BBA from University of Houston, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Jason Wolcott serves as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Service Experts, where he leads the company’s financial reporting, compliance, and strategic accounting functions. With a proven track record of financial leadership and operational excellence, Jason brings more than two decades of experience in corporate finance, integration, and controllership.
Prior to his current role, Jason held progressive leadership positions within Service Experts, including Senior Director of Corporate Controller and Senior Director of Finance Integration, where he played a pivotal role in aligning financial systems and processes during major organizational transitions. His expertise spans acquisition integration, enterprise software implementation, and project management, ensuring seamless financial operations across complex business environments.
Before joining Service Experts, Jason spent over 10 years at Venturity Financial Partners, where he served as Acquisition Regional Controller and Project Director, overseeing financial strategy for multi-million-dollar transactions and operational improvements. Earlier in his career, he held key roles at IPS Advisors, advancing from Accounting Manager to Senior Assistant Controller, further solidifying his foundation in financial stewardship.
Jason earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Management from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business and continued his studies at The University of Texas at Dallas. His deep financial acumen, combined with a commitment to operational integrity, positions him as a trusted leader driving sustainable growth and compliance for Service Experts.
Maritess Elamparo is the Senior Director of Customer Care at Service Experts, where she leads customer care experience strategy and operations. With more than 20 years of experience in customer experience and operations, she has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing service teams.
She started her career in the HVAC services industry in November 2010 and joined the Service Experts family in April 2020. Prior to her professional journey in HVAC, Maritess worked in the gas and electric distribution industry, where she was involved in driving customer experience improvements, and managed operational migrations for mergers and acquisitions. Over her career, she has overseen diverse teams, from back-office support to call center departments, consistently driving improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maritess holds a degree in Business Administration Management and is a Certified Business Analyst Professional.
