The tech, Paul, came out and checked my unit. After seeing that it was frozen, he instructed me to run just the fan and then he'd come back the following day. He ran his test, and everything seemed to be okay. He was prompt, very professional and personable. Couldn't have asked for a better company to come out.

Spectacular Humidifier Installation
Luke Esau did a spectacular job installing an AA720 humidifier this morning. Professional, friendly, and experienced. I only moved to Denver nine months ago from Texas and did not know that I would be hit with 10% humidity and lower inside the house. What a change from Texas. Service Experts quoted and finished the job in a couple of days. They were available the next day, but I wasn’t, so I had them come the next day. Luke was on time, called ahead, and brought a helper to make things go faster. He even liked my Labradoodles, and they liked him.
