The technician Justin did an excellent job. He was polite, respectful, and very thorough. He was able to quickly diagnose an ongoing issue with my HVAC that two other companies had charged me hundreds of dollars only to come up empty-handed. I feel like I was given reasonable options for repairs/replacements and not upsold. I would highly recommend Duke’s of Air and will continue to use them.
