My technician Richard Martinez was the best I've experienced with the company. First, he fixed my HVAC so I wouldn't be without cool A/C. I appreciate that he did this to keep my home cool. He came back a second time once my HVAC engine part was received and installed. He took time and cared, and explained my issues and showed me why it was important. This is the first time I have used Service Experts. We are new homeowners and our A/C quit. The representative I spoke to was very helpful. She booked the first available appointment, which was between 4–8 the next day. (I called at 3:30 in the afternoon.) She put us on the priority list as our A/C was completely out. By the time I went to bed, we were already moved up to 12–4. Richard showed up around 10:30. Bonus points already. He was prompt, courteous, and explained everything as he went along. We ended up getting the service plan, so we will happily see them again in a month or so for our winter service appointment. The company my dad used was acquired by this company. It is good to see the service is still the same excellent service dad was used to.

AC Back Up Within a Few Hours
Justin and his apprentice were very professional. They took care to make sure everything was in good condition. They had my AC back up within a few hours. The customer service agent's ability to get answers seemed to be the biggest hurdle.

Todd did a great job and he's very nice and knowledgeable. We unfortunately have old pipes that need to be replaced but can't afford it right now. So from time to time we have a blockage that needs clearing, and he has come out the last two times when we called. We would definitely recommend this company!

Impressed With Their Work and Professionalism
I had an emergency leak of my A.C. system. The dispatcher was great, and Jose Rebollar and Bernie arrived within an hour. They kept me informed every step of the way, fixed the issue, and gave me great advice in moving forward to avoid the issue again.
