3rd visit: Appreciate Crawford taking care of my concerns! I had a couple of thermostats that were not working from somewhat recent complete HVAC replacements (up and downstairs). Jason had come in, assessed the situation and agreed and replaced both thermostats with new ones. The new ones also did not work, however, and Jason was back to replace with known brand name thermostats. Jason took care of this at an urgent request same day as he was completing another job. I appreciate him staying long after replacing the thermostats to ensure everything is in order. He took time away from family on a Friday night until 9:30 p.m. to take care of me. I really appreciate the amazing service that he provided! Very courteous, knows his work and equipment and wonderful to talk to. Service goes a long way in staying with the same company and referring others. Would also like to thank John as the GM for taking care of my concerns and speaking with me. Happy customer! Thank you!
