Whole House Electrical Inspection
R.J. Downes recently offered a new service that involves a whole house electrical inspection. Our inspector, Patrick Ravida, a retired master electrician, was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain his findings in layman’s terms. There was no charge for this service, though if there are significant issues found, there is a service charge.

They take their time, which I greatly appreciate, and kept me involved in the project. I learned a lot from the technicians and appreciate that immensely. They Quickly Had My Furnace Up and Running
I came home to my furnace not working, called Roland J. Down. Dale and Zhairon showed up and quickly had my furnace up and running. I'm so thankful for them. Their team went above and beyond
Their team went above and beyond. When, after considerable effort, the team and I determined that the drain under the cellar floor was going to have to be totally replaced, which was going to be virtually impossible, they arrived at a workable solution which, given the configuration of all the other utilities in the cellar, was no easy feat. They then worked until 7 p.m. to complete it so that we could have use of water in our kitchen. I was extremely impressed by how they approached the work, attention to detail, and how they verified the work when it was done. I highly recommend them.

World class service
Michael O’Flaherty and Haresh provided world class service. They showed up on time, looked professional, and always had a smile while fully explaining where our system is, what we can do to make it better to get us down the road till we replace. They made 4 recommendations to have a cleaner, healthier home and a little more maintenance to help us get another year or two out of the system till we replace. Mike is my guy for future homes that I flip. Not pushy but matter of fact and gave me great options. I will be calling Mike when I upgrade to the next Lennox system. Couldn’t be happier.
