Liam Duenas recently visited for a semi-annual service call. As he was relatively new, didn't have a lot of familiarity with the particular heating unit in the house and got some test results that raised concerns, he contacted a more senior technician. The senior tech came by quickly and fully explained both to Liam and to me what the monitor readings meant and that it wasn't a concern. The service provided by Christopher exceeded expectations for doing the yearly maintenance of my heating system boiler. I liked being informed of the appointment timing in advance and getting notice when on route. He did an excellent job cleaning the boiler and included pictures of the inside of the unit—that was outstanding for clearly showing things were in working order.
