Service Experts continue to provide excellent service on this unit 8 years after the sale, still under warranty. Service representatives are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The Service Department management, in this case Jose, is always willing to discuss issues and makes me feel like a valued customer. The HVAC technical guys, in this case Jessup, diagnosed the issue, and less than 48 hours later, Jessie came back and made the repairs quickly and seamlessly. We were never without a functioning unit.

I am still very happy with Roger and Luke keeping my unit in tip top shape. After 20 years of good service from my old HVAC and quality maintenance by Air Engineers, they needed to replace my old HVAC with a brand new unit. Firstly, I must thank Vianska Matheu for guiding me through the process of becoming a Service Experts Advantage Program member. Secondly, I thank both Faustino and Javiel, who did an outstanding job on a complex installation (tiny walk-in closet for the air handler), and they completed the work in a remarkably short time.
