We replaced several systems in our townhome this month: HVAC, hot water heater, water softener, and under-sink R/O device. Chris went above and beyond and replaced our kitchen sink faucet. We can’t say enough about Air Engineers and their employees. From the office personnel to sales and service techs, they are all outstanding. At our age, their Advantage Plan works well for our needs. We have been with this company since 2010 and highly recommend them.
Air Engineers have been outstanding
We have been in the service program for our water heaters for about 5 years, and Air Engineers have been outstanding with maintenance and communication. Chris came out today and flushed them and was genuinely so nice and explained the processes to me. He also tested my water and gave me some information on purification options. I highly recommend them for easy service needs, when you don’t want to manage the headache of what needs to happen when! We have been pleased.

12/18/2020 - Update to previous bad communication experience. Received a call from the GM and was able to straighten things out, he explained a few things and arranged to have a tech come by today. Tech stopped by and addressed my concerns and took the time to explain further as to the cause of the water puddling/condensation. Moving forward, a lesson for everyone. I appreciate everyone's effort in resolving. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and please stay safe.

- Update - Mr. Paul (#424) came to do the maintenance on our system today and did an outstanding, above and beyond job. Very professional and focused on the details to ensure our system was running top notch. Hubby was very impressed with the attention to detail and thoroughness of the work. I for one am grateful as our indoor air quality has never been better and for those who deal with upper respiratory issues, this system and service make all the difference for healthy living.
- July 2019 Got a new system installed yesterday, and the team that showed up were outstanding. They - Sean (329), Jeff (49), and Ken (356) were not only very professional and polite, they worked like a well-oiled machine. Definitely nice to have quality folks show up to work with great workmanship skills. Showed up right on time and got straight to work and did not stop until all was done and cleaned up, and we enjoyed their humor along the way. Cannot express how happy we are with the service and our new A/C unit. A second team arrived (Kevin, 327 & Alfonzo) and they too did an outstanding and thorough job in cleaning our ducts. Every team member was professional, courteous and conscious of their job. I recommended Air Engineers to someone in my chain for when they either purchase or build their new home here in FL. Great job!

Our air-conditioning went out on December 29th, which was a Sunday. I placed a call Monday morning, the 30th, and Louis Rodriguez, the Comfort Advisor, came out with a service tech at 2 p.m. the same day. The service tech diagnosed several problems that would have cost around $4,000 on an 11-year-old system. We always call Air Engineers when there is a problem, so when all indications pointed to a new system and they could install the very next day, New Year's Eve, the decision was made.
Ken Jackson (#49), with over 30 years of experience with Air Engineers, showed up with Jeff Ledford (#356), also a seasoned technician with AE, at 8 a.m. the next morning (New Year's Eve). These two gentlemen worked tirelessly to get the system finished prior to New Year's Day. Sean came after his shift to complete the mounting of the outside condenser unit. All was completed by about 7 p.m. New Year's Eve. Cathy and I are very satisfied with the entire process, including the follow-up aftercare. There may be less expensive alternatives out there, but the training and certifications showed by these experts. "You get what you pay for and pay for what you get!"
