Exceptional service
I called Service Experts because my AC unit went out. I submitted a request for emergency service, and Roger Moore was at my home within 2 hours. I have had a couple of other HVAC companies look at my unit to find why my unit continued to go out, but they couldn’t tell me, and one of the companies installed the unit. Roger was very thorough, explained and showed me what the issues were. Exceptional service. I highly recommend.

Service Experts usually do a great job on my AC needs, and they replaced my hot water tank also a few years ago. But today, I had a technician who came to flush my hot water tank and ended up doing three plumbing jobs for me and put in a water softener system. Luke Arsenault was amazing. Very professional and courteous and all work was performed to a high standard. Thank you, Service Experts, and especially Luke.

Friendly staff and techs made scheduling as easy as possible. Came within a couple of hours of the call on a Sunday night.
My only complaint would be the price bloat on some parts. Capacitor for the outside unit was $485, compared to ~$200 for other providers and the $10–20 I could buy it myself online or Home Depot.
Got my system working well
My drain pipe for my HVAC was not draining and causing water to drip in my garage. I called today (8/14/26) and was able to get someone out. Kyle and the gentleman that assisted him were great. Explained everything and were both thorough and got my system working well.

An all-around exceptional experience
Today I had my entire air handler and compressor unit replaced. Air Engineers decided that the current unit was approaching the end of its service life. Jessie Register and his partner got started about 9:25, and we had cold air in our house at 12:30. They were both extremely knowledgeable and proficient technicians. Under our 'Service Experts Advantage Program,' all this was done at no cost to us. When the techs departed, the place was immaculate. Air Engineers could give a master class in customer service to all the major corporations in America. An all-around exceptional experience!

Appreciate the professionalism and straight answers
Update 5/15/26. Continue to use Service Experts, fka Air Engineers, for nearly 3 decades for our biannual maintenance. Kim and Lucius did a really thorough job on our biannual maintenance today and were both very knowledgeable and answered questions in detail on longevity and warranty. We continue to use their monthly fee that covers two maintenance checks each year and haven't missed one in 30 years. Appreciate the professionalism and straight answers. Great communication as well as prompt service. Today, we replaced our UV light in the unit, which techs have credited with longevity of our system. Expensive bulb, but they warranty for 2 years.
2021 - Have used Air Engineers for our bi-annual maintenance since we moved here in mid 90s. Always knowledgeable technicians. Sell better quality HVAC units. Our equipment runs well and has longevity because it is maintained well. Especially enjoyed having Ms. Mariah today. Friendly and very courteous and thorough. Recommend AE for installation and bi-annual maintenance to protect your investment.
