We replaced several systems in our townhome this month: HVAC, hot water heater, water softener, and under-sink R/O device. Chris went above and beyond and replaced our kitchen sink faucet. We have been in the service program for our water heaters for about 5 years, and Air Engineers have been outstanding with maintenance and communication. Chris came out today and flushed them and was genuinely so nice and explained the processes to me. He also tested my water and gave me some information on purification options. I highly recommend them for easy service needs, when you don’t want to manage the headache of what needs to happen when! We have been pleased.
