I had Keenan and Lee out today for my 6-month service 2022. Those guys rocked it! Professional and on point. These guys did a great job. I would recommend them when you talk to schedule you ask for these two! Update! James came, did a great job servicing my HVAC system today here in Jan 2026. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing. Everything was handled efficiently, and I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend James and Keenan to anyone needing HVAC service. Bonus was Keenan stopped by to see how everything was going and to say hello. I wish more places had service like this!

Update: 1/23/26 – Leon and Jason made a trip to my residence to assess the needed repair and prepare a quote. Needless to say, I was thrilled when they were also able to fix the wire on our heat unit right on the spot, especially ahead of the possible ice storm! My husband and I are elderly, and we are so grateful for these experts, and the cost was very reasonable. May God bless them!
Midlands has impressive people
I asked for Bobby Brown to do my winter HVAC service because he was great last service and was again this time as well. I am a retired technical hands-on person and have diagnosed and repaired my HVAC in winter 40 years ago when everyone was backed up a week. So I consider myself a reasonably good judge of competence. Bobby is full of knowledge, which he shares when asked.
On the same day, Midlands sent Dakota Tierce to do annual service for my tankless water heater. I would rate him very good and would trust him to do repairs. He has 4 years' experience and has a highly skilled and personable boss, Angel, who came out to deliver a sump pump when Dakota's failed. During that time, Angel received a call from one of his other techs and guided him and provided him with a supplier rep to resolve the unique problem with the unit. I was impressed.
Bottom line, Midlands has impressive people and is a pretty well run company. They can do everything electronically, which provides greater accuracy, a lasting record, and saves a lot of my time.

What a great experience
What a great experience Midland Air Service Experts we had after a fire scare! Mr. Richard came to check things out and advised me on repairs. We have heat after a night of 40 degrees inside. He also saved us money after rechecking our blower motor and finding it to work after all! Thank you all so much!

Four years later and still as good as ever
Jerrod and Bobby came out and were very helpful in getting my unit checked out (it needed an air filter change), cleaned out (thank you very much, Bobby, for going the extra mile with the coil cleaner), and helped me set up a plan for getting my old ductwork repaired since it has fallen down. I really appreciate their time and commitment to helping me out.
EDIT: Four years later and they’re still as good as ever. Had Brandon and Cory out this past weekend (1/17/2026) to look at the unit, and Marcello and Kendall were out at my house today (1/19/26) to replace my unit, and they did an amazing job.
