Very thorough 6-month maintenance
Jordan and Bobby came by our house to perform our 6-month maintenance of our system. Jordan does a very thorough job of checking the heating and cooling of the system and performing any additional maintenance matters that require attention. For us, the additional maintenance involved replacing the UV bulbs, which are expensive bulbs.

Explained what they had done and answered my question about running the dehumidifier and HVAC at the same time versus not. Also the temperature variation when running both. All this was done in a manner that I understood. Thanks Donny, now I can explain it to my husband.
Such a Blessing to Me

I had such a good experience with Climate Control that I just wanted to share. Last night, my A/C stopped blowing cool air. I turned it off at the breaker, restarted it, tried all the usual tricks that had worked before—but no luck.
Cue the dread of calling an A/C company and bracing for a pricey fix. But Climate Control’s customer service team texted me first thing in the morning and kept me updated throughout the day until someone could come out. That kind of communication made a stressful situation feel way more manageable.
Jordan, the tech who came out, was super professional and easy to talk to. She got everything fixed quickly and even gave me a few tips on how to keep my system running more efficiently. I really appreciated that—it felt like she genuinely wanted to help, not just get in, get out, and hand me a big bill.
They also offer a twice-a-year maintenance program, which I signed up for. It’s nice knowing I won’t be caught off guard again when the weather flips. And honestly, the price was way better than I expected. I was worried I’d be stuck with a huge expense, but they were really fair.
And just to be clear—I don’t work for Climate Control, I’m not being paid to write this, and I didn’t get a free scented candle or anything. I’m just a regular person who contacted ten different companies, got one email back around lunchtime, and ended up going with the only team that actually reached out first thing in the morning and stuck with me until Jordan arrived.
It’s a shame they’re based across the bay in Mobile—I was really hoping to find someone local, maybe even down the street—but it didn’t work out that way. Still, I’m genuinely happy when good things happen, and this was one of those times.
