Perseverance and Expertise
Kimmon and Ezra, the service technicians, arrived for my annual spring HVAC checkup. They were very professional and checked all of the systems thoroughly. They identified the water line was clogged and immediately fixed the situation. When they went to check on the outside unit, they discovered it had not been cleaned in a while and took the extra time to clean it where it looks like new! I appreciated their perseverance, double-checking all of the systems, and going the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly.
