Had a very good experience. Called early this morning, got an appointment for a technician for after 5:00 p.m.—but Mr. Neal arrived around 4:35 p.m. The main office kept me informed when he was on his way.
This was a plumbing issue: 2 sinks: one draining very slowly, the other leaking with a noisy disposal.
Mr. Neal arrived promptly, reviewed the situation, presented the options available for each sink. The slow-draining sink was easily unclogged, the disposal unit needed to be replaced. He provided two options for the disposal. Chose the one that fit me best, which he then installed.
He completed each issue; tested both sinks to make sure they worked.
He was professional, courteous and answered my questions. Packed up everything, including items that needed to be thrown away, and left a little before 6:00 p.m.
Have maintained several service contracts with CroppMetcalf for over 20 years and am pleased with their service.

I appreciate the amount of time he also took explaining some options for potential upcoming issues with my heart pump. He's an excellent, patient and knowledgeable technician. Deshawn was very knowledgeable about how the HVAC system works, what had broken down, and what needed to be done to repair it. He offered written parts replacements and maintenance recommendations. He was thorough, patient, and courteous. After we chose our services, I called the office repeatedly (@10 times over @5 days) for clarification on a price (we had no number for Deshawn), but no one in management would call me back. Finally, I got a very kind woman in the office who heard my frustrations and promised to find an answer for me and call me back. Sure enough, at 8:40 AM the next morning, she called as promised with the clarification we needed… just as we were about to switch to another company after being with Cropp Metcalfe since 2014. We paid the deposit and the part was ordered and delivered to our house, although no one told us to look out for it because it would be delivered here. The same day the part came, Deshawn saw that it was delivered and, knowing we were without air, had the office call to verify the part was delivered and, even though it was late in the day, he came that same evening and got our system up and running again. He not only repaired our system quickly and efficiently but provided the customer service that kept us with Cropp Metcalfe for now.
