Impressed with the quality and knowledge of techs!
Our well pump stopped working last night. I called the emergency service to have a plumber come out to look into it. Nicholas S. came out and narrowed the issue down to an electrical issue. Same day, David C. came out to troubleshoot the electrical and was able to repair the issue. Thankfully, it was not an issue with the well pump itself.
Both David and Nicholas were very professional and explained my options to fix it all in the same day.

Just expensive for less than an hour of work for simple replacement of 2 inexpensive capacitors that were covered by warranty, but so inexpensive (approximately $15–$30) that Cropp-Metcalfe didn't go through the warranty process because the administrative process wouldn't be worth the ROI.
