Well... it’s summertime. With that comes the yearly switch from heater to AC. Mine didn’t work, so I called McElroy Service Experts to take a look at it. Scheduling was fast (even now at the start of the summer season). They gave me upfront pricing (flat rate) for a diagnostic service call. Good luck finding that elsewhere. When it came time for the appointment, I received a text with the name of the tech and that they were on the way. Technician Nicholas Dukat was on time and found the issue fast. He took the time to explain every option I have to help me make a well-educated decision. I highly recommend giving them a call for any heating and air issues you may be facing.

Called for service at 8:30, tech arrived at 10:00, needed parts. He drove 50 miles each way to get the parts. Installed the parts then tested the furnace, works great. Gave me suggestion on preventing future failure. Gone at 1:45. Now that is what I call service.
