Just an all around excellent experience
Peachtree Plumbing was so easy to work with. We had a toilet leak that was coming through the ceiling and called first thing Monday morning, but then I noticed that I could just book an appointment with their online booking. I was able to get an appointment the same day for the morning. Isaac called before, was right on time, immediately diagnosed the issue, gave us his recommendations, and fixed it in less than an hour. When my husband asked if it wasn’t better to replace the entire toilet, Isaac explained how that would more than double the cost and he didn’t think it was at all necessary. Just that honesty and expertise alone would have won my loyalty as a customer, but Isaac was also incredibly kind and patient with my three-year-old grandson who just wanted to know what was happening and was probably underfoot a little more than he should have been. Just an all around excellent experience. We will be using Peachtree Plumbing again in the future.
