Had an annual furnace PM today by Walter. He arrived right on time, introduced himself and got right to work. He was professional and friendly. He gave us a thorough review of everything he checked and made several recommendations. We would welcome Walter back whenever we need service.
We are very satisfied
Our water heater developed a leak, and before we were aware of it, our downstairs hallway was soaking wet. We called Pink Plumber, but Peachtree Service Experts have taken over the PP business. We booked an appointment, and our technician was Jeffrey McCoy. Jeffrey was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He had the water heater that we wanted in his van, so he started right away installing it. He was very efficient and professional. He included a water sensing device, so if we have a leak again we will be warned immediately. He answered any questions we had about the new water heater. We are very satisfied.

Great service all around
My husband and I reached out to this firm on 12 December 2025 for a leak in our hot water heater. The tech they sent out was very thorough and explained everything to us in great detail. Upon completing the job, our water pressure was almost nonexistent, and we had to make another call. J. Martin was sent out on 29 December 2025 to make an assessment. Nonetheless, he was extremely professional and provided us with a couple of courses of action with price points we could expect prior to anything being ordered or completed. This was a welcomed change from what we have experienced in the past. Great service all around and very competent and professional service technicians.

Today, December 29, Ronaldo and Hunter came to my house to do what I thought would be a routine maintenance check. It was anything but that. They were friendly, professional and thorough beyond my expectations. They found multiple problems and fixed them immediately at an affordable price. I am quite pleased.

Had a good experience with the service tech, Rakesh. Super nice and efficient. When Peachtree’s dispatch (the reason for 4 stars) sent him to my house in the morning instead of during the scheduled 12–4 window, he was really nice when I had to send him away because we weren’t ready to have our appointment. He came back right at 12, was nice, did his work and left. Peachtree, if you’re reading this, get your scheduling and dispatch together; it makes you look unprofessional.
