I can’t say enough great things about Peachtree Service Experts Heating & Plumbing in Duluth, GA! On a Saturday morning, my upstairs air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I called several HVAC companies and only reached voicemail or automated recordings. When I called Peachtree Service Experts, a live representative answered immediately, took my information at 2:45 p.m. and provided outstanding customer service.
I was told a technician could arrive by 4:00 p.m. To my surprise, Technician Mokrane (Mo) Hocine and Representative Davis King arrived at 3:45 p.m.—earlier than expected!
From the moment Mo and Davis walked through the door, I knew I was in capable hands. They were professional, courteous, and took the time to perform a thorough diagnostic of my HVAC system. They quickly determined that the issue was due to the age of the unit and that it was low on refrigerant. They explained everything clearly, completed the maintenance in less than an hour, and got my upstairs cool again—without breaking the bank.
I am incredibly grateful to Mo and Davis for their prompt response, expertise, and professionalism. Tech Payton Mackiver came at night less than 2 hours after we reported AC outage; he did an outstanding job diagnosing the issue, cleaning out condensate blockage, making repairs, and getting us up and running again. Excellent service, from a very expert and capable employee!

The AC Is Running Like a Champion
Today we had our annual AC maintenance service. Our service tech, Wali Omeri, was on time and very professional. He went through the whole system with me and provided pictures of all parts of the system. He cleaned the outside unit and made sure Freon was working right.
