Adam Bull and Huy, from Peachtree Service, came out today to service my A/C unit. They were very professional and patient; they took time to explain how my unit was working and what needed attention.
Technician Was Friendly
Technician was friendly. Explained what was happening and made recommendations.
That level of professionalism is rare
Recently, one of our AC units went out. At first, we assumed it was simply due to age. My maintenance technician, Wali, came out and advised that unfortunately the compressor had burned up along with several other components, meaning the system needed to be replaced.
Less than 14 hours later, Ricardo and Tim were at our home installing a brand-new system. They took incredible care throughout the installation process and treated our home like it was their own.
What really stood out happened during their final systems check. They uncovered a massive safety issue. Apparently, we had experienced some type of power surge because nearly half of our 30/40 amp breakers had burned up and partially melted from the heat. Had they not followed their checklist so thoroughly, we very easily could have lost our home to an electrical fire.
That level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers is rare today.
I’ve been with Service Experts for 31 years, dating all the way back to the original Cherokee Edward’s Heating & Air days through all the acquisitions and transitions over the years. Experiences like this are exactly why I’ve stayed loyal for so long.

The New System Is Working Great
Had a new HVAC system installed to replace a 20+ year old A/C and heating system that was failing and replace a 15+ year old hot water heater. Luis L., Damian A., and Ricardo came to do the work. The new system is working great and the work area looks great. They answered all my questions and showed me how to use the new system. I would definitely recommend PSE and this crew for work.

Tulasi is the only person I trust
Had my scheduled A/C maintenance appointment with Tulasi today, and everything went well as usual. The only hiccup was on my end when I could not locate my box of specialty filters! After I finally did, Tulasi put the box of filters next to my unit in the crawl space under my house so that I will always know where it is! Now I don't have to worry about them for the next two years! Tulasi is the only person I will let service my unit. He is knowledgeable, personable and just an all-around great guy. I like the photos he takes of the steps involved in checking my unit.
