Literally Everything We Could Have Asked For
These guys were awesome. Woke up to a “Code Error 201” on our Lennox furnace, which had apparently unexpectedly pooped out about 2 a.m. when it was 15 degrees outside, and when we arose it was already down to 53 degrees inside. Called them when we woke up at 7 a.m., leaving a message with their awesome, friendly virtual assistant. Then Becky, an equally friendly real person, called back at 8:30 a.m., and they had Adam come within 2 hours to fix and diagnose the problem for a very reasonable charge. Literally everything we could have asked for! Would not hesitate to use again and recommend wholeheartedly.
