We Could Not Be Happier
We called Calverley in March when our heat pump was no longer working. CW came to our home and explained that our 15-year-old Lennox system had failed on us. Thankfully, it wasn’t during the summer!! CW gave us options of how his company could help us and thoroughly explained them all. We purchased the top-of-the-line Lennox heat pump system and could not be happier with our decision. The installation was done the very next day, again thankful that this happened in March! The 3-man crew of TJ, Moises, and Daniel did an exceptional job and took great care in the installation of this complete system. They replaced all the copper lines as well as the outdoor electrical box and included a surge protector to protect the high-tech components as well! This team of hard-working men made short work of this installation in less than 8 hours! They were respectful of our home and provided tarps to protect the floors. I must also compliment Javier & Zach that came a couple days later to fix the insulation in the attic, after the removal and installation of the new air handler. They made my attic insulation look like it was never touched. Thank you again to the fine folks at Calverley A/C and heating. We look forward to many trouble-free years of heating and air conditioning in our home!!

Jason Vasquez arrived on time, was personable and professional. He did a quick maintenance check of our gas furnace, pronounced it working as designed. Due to the 25-year-plus age of our system, he did not recommend any additional services and prepared us for the difficulties getting parts for a system as old as ours. I would recommend! This service is part of our annual service plan.
