Victor and Brad did our bi-annual maintenance. On time, they did excellent work and took the time to explain all their findings. One drain was clogged and dripping outside, but now it’s fixed. Highly recommend.

Professional Technician, Poor Communication
I’m leaving a 5-star review specifically for Jason Vazquez, the technician, because he was professional, respectful, and did his best to handle a situation that became confusing due to miscommunication. I also want to mention that I’ve used this company in the past and have had good experiences overall. This is the first time I’ve run into an issue like this, which is why I feel it’s important to point it out. That said, there are clear areas where the company needs to improve, especially in communication, consistency, and scheduling. I was originally scheduled for a 10 AM appointment, but the technician didn’t arrive until around 1:15 PM. I did not receive any call or update about the delay. I had to contact the office myself to ask where the technician was, and only after that did I receive a call when he was already outside my home. At one point, the technician mentioned that they have strict timing policies and that customers are expected to be available at the scheduled time. While I understand that, it felt contradictory given that I was not contacted when the original 10 AM appointment was missed, and the delay was several hours without communication. When I initially called to schedule the appointment, I was told there would be no diagnostic fee unless the issue became more complex. However, there was no mention at that time that a simple issue, such as a breaker-related situation, could still result in a charge. That detail only came up when the technician arrived, which is where the confusion started. Having that clarified upfront over the phone would have set the right expectations from the start. Before entering, the technician explained that if the issue was related to the breaker, there could potentially be a charge. I understood and agreed to that based on the understanding that it would apply to situations where the breaker is clearly the issue, such as when it is visibly off, tripped, or confirmed to be malfunctioning. However, in my case, the breaker was already in the ON position and there was no indication that it was the problem or not functioning properly. The system was not cooling, and the technician needed to go through the troubleshooting process, including checking voltage and resetting the breaker to determine the cause. My understanding of a breaker-related charge was that it would apply when the breaker is clearly identified as the issue upfront or confirmed as faulty, not when it has to be discovered through testing and diagnosis. Because of that, when the system started working after the reset, it felt more like part of the diagnostic process rather than a straightforward breaker situation. The technician suggested continuing with the inspection, including checking the breaker, and I agreed based on trusting his professional judgment, since the issue was not obvious and required proper evaluation. To be clear, I was not against paying for the service. My concern was about consistency and clarity. There was a mismatch between what I was told over the phone and what was communicated upon arrival. At the end of the visit, the technician contacted the manager again to review the situation. The charge was ultimately waived as a one-time courtesy, which I appreciated. However, this was not communicated upfront, and it felt more like a reactive resolution after the confusion rather than a clearly defined policy from the beginning. The technician remained professional throughout, even though we had different perspectives on how the breaker situation should be interpreted. He made an effort to communicate and involve his manager, which I respect. Overall, my concern is with the company’s internal communication and alignment. Clear, consistent information upfront regarding scheduling, expectations, and pricing would prevent situations like this.
