I'm in the Advantage program and recently had a scheduled maintenance. Daviyon and I'm going to call him J (because I forgot his name) came out. I'll give them a 10/10! Very knowledgeable, understanding, and great customer service! I ended up needing a hot water heater and it was scheduled for install the next day. It was reasonably priced and comes with scheduled maintenance.
Michael Jordan arrived the next day. Very nice gentleman, also very knowledgeable, got the job done in no time. Took time to explain the ins and outs and stuck around to make sure everything was in working order.
JaRael is an absolute lifesaver!
JaRael Martin from Peachtree Service Experts is an absolute lifesaver. We were dealing with a massive, mysterious underground main service line leak near our meter box that had our water and sewer bills through the roof, and JaRael tracked it down instantly. He extracted the water from the boxes, dug up the front yard, and completely replaced the faulty section of 1" PEX/PVC service and transition tee fitting to ensure it's built for longevity, not just a quick patch. He was thorough, professional, and honestly deserves a raise for the work rendered. 5/5 stars!

We called on a holiday and got same-day service and attention. Mike was extremely professional and punctual. Mike took a look at the system, diagnosed the problem correctly, and provided us with a couple of options to repair our AC unit. I will definitely use them again in the future because Mike was so engaging and honest.

Very Friendly and Professional Plumber
Peachtree Service Experts came to my home because I called them in reference to my water heater not heating water. The plumber was very friendly and professional. He did a diagnostic and let me know that my pilot light was not on. He re-lit the pilot and checked to see if the system was performing properly. He also let me know that the average life of a water heater is 10 to 12 years. He stated I might want to start thinking about a replacement and he gave a price quote.

Damian A. was a super technician with the services performed today, plumbing inspection and hot water heater flush. The water in Cherokee County is slightly 'dirty' with very small, very few sand-like particles. But we got the job completed today in about 2–3 hours.
