Excellent work and peace of mind
I am a Service Experts Advantage Program member, and I scheduled an annual maintenance service call this morning. Technician Victor Bazan showed up in the scheduled window and got right to work. Other than regular maintenance on my HVAC system, he went deeper and replaced a float switch, a capacitor, and a contactor in the condenser unit outside. Victor did his work quickly and skillfully, and explained everything clearly and concisely, also showing pics of the damaged circuits he replaced. Excellent work on his part and great peace of mind for me knowing the HVAC unit is at peak running health. Well done, Victor! Nicely done!

System is running as expected
In 2021, due to a shortage of A/Cs caused by COVID lockdowns, in an emergency, we had to purchase an oversized system to the tune of over $17,000. We make payments monthly for 10 years that include the service agreement as well. The servicemen have been prompt and the system is running as expected. Just wish the cost wasn’t so high.
