He went above and beyond for me
William Herring came out this morning to check out my furnace. I am out of state and panicked when my furnace had probably been out for a month. My bathroom stools were both frozen blocks of ice, so it was important to get heat in my house. William was on time. He notified me prior to his arrival and communicated with me the whole time he was there. He was prompt, respectful, and he went above and beyond for me. Installation of a New Water Heater
The service today, the installation of a new water heater, was done professionally by Patrick Baumgartner. He did an excellent, thorough job in a timely manner. He fully explained what he was doing and why.
Austin Came Sooner Than Expected
I called as soon as I noticed flooding in my basement. Austin came sooner than expected, found the source of the leak, and referred me to someone to sump pump all the water out.

Amazing water heater replacement
Had an amazing experience with a water heater replacement. Austin was very patient and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and giving advice on other plumbing questions. The water heater was replaced quickly and is working great with improved performance for our old pipes. I'll be requesting Austin for our next job, but the company in general accommodated us quickly.
