I feel that I can trust what he tells me
Ralph has been working in HVAC for many years and he can quickly recognize a problem and fix it. He is friendly and easy to work with; he takes time to answer my questions; he tells me what needs to be done, then options if possible, and lets me make the decision instead of just telling me to buy something. I feel that I can trust what he tells me, so I always request him for the maintenance visits and repairs for my furnaces and water heaters.

Just had an emergency call for the furnace failing to come on properly after it had worked as expected for over three months.
Fortunately, Jacey was the technician sent on the call. He quickly ran through all the checks and procedural steps and was able to make the required adjustments to get the system running and cycling properly again.
It has always been a pleasant experience to deal with the professionals from Barlow's Service Experts to keep my HVAC system functioning properly.

Just had Jacey (the technician) scheduled in today to perform the semi-annual HVAC maintenance. He quickly diagnosed the entire A/C system, finding all parameters well within the good to excellent ranges. Also, the system air filter required a replacement.
It is always a neat "security blanket" to have a knowledgeable professional service your equipment and answer any question you may have.

Jacey Orme just completed the semi-annual air conditioning maintenance. I've never had the need to complain about Jacey. He always shows up on time, and quickly runs the various equipment checks or validation tests. If I were to rate him on a 1-10 scale, Jacey would be at least an 11. His greatest asset is his patience in dealing with some of us who have a little bit of knowledge; he will explain or answer any question that I have ever had.
