Jesse was honest, courteous, and fast. The payment system kept disconnecting, though, and it took a while to finally work. Good thing Jesse was friendly, because it made it less awkward to stand there waiting for the machine for a while. I'm not sure if it was a fluke, but if it's a consistent issue, they might want to consider an upgrade to their system.

Sofia called as asked prior to arriving. Arrived on time, took care of the maintenance service in a timely manner. She made sure to put on shoe covers and was very respectful. Offered explanation of the service done and how to move forward for the best operation of equipment.

We are always comfortable in our house because Service Experts take care of all of our worries. Calvin and Sophia were our techs today. They know their stuff and were able to help us figure out why we got struck by lightning when we touched our light switches. Our humidifier was corrected by them, and we are super happy.
