I feel that I can trust what he tells me
Ralph has been working in HVAC for many years and he can quickly recognize a problem and fix it. He is friendly and easy to work with; he takes time to answer my questions; he tells me what needs to be done, then options if possible, and lets me make the decision instead of just telling me to buy something. I feel that I can trust what he tells me, so I always request him for the maintenance visits and repairs for my furnaces and water heaters.
