This Company Is Very Clear and Transparent
Some AC companies just tell us that, hey, this is broken and you need to believe them, and hopefully they're not gonna screw you. This company is very clear and transparent with a ton of photos and a great bit of explanation (if asked, of course), so I can make an adult decision about either repair or replacement. Sales guy was there and was ready for anything we threw at him, and he came out with flying colors. Ended up going through their leasing program (Advantage Program) to get a new AC unit and pick a bundle with a water heater. They came out and installed it all the next day. Amazing! The program is 100% parts and labor for the life of the system, so if it breaks I'm covered with no extra charge. This is something I wish I knew and asked about years ago.
