Domingo Was a Breath of Fresh Air
Domingo was a breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful.
He went above and beyond to assist me
AC went out on my mobile home on the weekend. My system was on the Advantage Plan that Service Experts provides and made the service call free. Three techs had to come out at different times because the system would stop cooling after they got it working. The 3rd tech, Domingo, came out and worked on the unit until 11 PM to diagnose why the AC was stopping with the cooling. His knowledge provided a diagnosis that was spot on. The ductwork on one half of the mobile home was blocked and was causing the AC fan to overheat to cause the cooling to stop. He recommended that we have Service Experts work on the ducts to clear the problem. I agreed to the work and there was a collapsed duct found. He also recommended that the AC unit be replaced due to the age of the unit and the stress that it had gone through with the blocked duct. I agreed and had the unit replaced also. All of the work was scheduled to be done on the next business day, and the techs were on site at 8:30 AM Tuesday and had everything fixed, installed, and running by 3 PM! Domingo also kept in touch with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. Even though he is a tech, he went above and beyond to assist me! I can't say enough good things for him! He is a great asset for the company for his troubleshooting skills and his customer support he provided me! I am again on the Advantage Plan for my mobile home and have also recently put my residence on it too for reasonable monthly payments that also will cover everything required for the units to include breakdowns and maintenance and not clean out my bank account!

The men who came for my AC system maintenance were, as always, friendly and professional. They told me what they were doing and asked me some questions concerning how the unit was working. They were on time, and they checked everything. They told me that soon I might need some coolant, but it is not necessary at this time. I am always satisfied with the service I receive, and am impressed by their work. I trust what they say and know that they will do high-quality work if anything additional is needed. Since I have a service contract, I paid nothing. They are a great company, and I can only praise the work they do. 🤗

Fast diagnostic and next-day installation
My system failed in late afternoon on a Friday; I called, and tech was out within 4 hours. My system was beyond economical repair, so SE hooked me up with an HVAC sales expert. Once Tracy arrived, she went into overdrive. Lined us up with a properly sized 3-ton unit, and identified how our ducting was failing due to age. We got that priced on the spot, and SE was out at our place for HVAC installation the next day (even though they had to go all over middle Florida to find a complete HVAC meeting our requirements). Within 6 hours upon arrival, new HVAC was pumping cool air in time for dinner. Duct work got replaced the following day. In summary: fast diagnostic, next day comprehensive estimate, and followed by next replacement ducting/HVAC. They know what they are doing - this is the way (Star Wars reference).
