I had a very good experience with Neal Harris Service Experts. Early Saturday morning my boiler stopped working and the temperature in my house started to plunge. I called for help and boiler tech Anthony Berwick arrived at my house in the early afternoon. He checked out my system and had to order a replacement igniter. Because it was the weekend, the part wasn't available. He improvised with what he had and got my system going again to keep my house warm. The part came in yesterday (Wednesday) and Anthony installed it today in short order. Thanks for the great service at a time when the weather was dangerously cold. Very satisfied.

I had a window of time today, 12 to 4, but at a little after 10 AM a text said they were on their way. The service was excellent, but the company needs to make an appointment or a window of time and keep to that, if at all possible.

Technician Joe was very knowledgeable
Technician Joe came to give me an estimate for removing the gas line from behind the stove. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Unfortunately, since the gas line under the house has many angles and some galvanized pieces too, it will be a higher cost than I hoped. I have not seen the estimate yet. I know that they will do good work.
