Dan, the service technician, was respectful of our home and explained everything he did to service our 2-year-old furnace that his company installed. Friendly and informative. Also explained the thermostat settings, which can tend to be confusing.

I had a window of time today, 12 to 4, but at a little after 10 AM a text said they were on their way. The service was excellent, but the company needs to make an appointment or a window of time and keep to that, if at all possible.

Nice, polite guys
Kevin and a partner came out for a routine service call on my heating system. They said the humidifier had been installed incorrectly and they fixed it and showed me how they did it. They also recommended replacing the filter and had one available to sell to me. Nice, polite guys.
Technician Joe was very knowledgeable
Technician Joe came to give me an estimate for removing the gas line from behind the stove. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Unfortunately, since the gas line under the house has many angles and some galvanized pieces too, it will be a higher cost than I hoped. I have not seen the estimate yet. I know that they will do good work.

Great Service from Moe and Neal Harris
Had a non-working furnace just before Christmas. Harris sent one tech and then sent Moe. He was extremely polite and friendly, finding it was non-working components. Since it was a furnace under warranty, he replaced them and got the heat back on. Thank you, Moe and Neal Harris, for such a great service!!!

I purchased a 96-year-old Tudor Revival home in the Ward Park neighborhood in 2024. The Aprilaire humidifier installed with my 20-year-old furnace was not working properly. Moe Hashim with Neal Harris HVAC repair came to solve my humidifier problem. I could tell immediately that this was not Moe's first rodeo! He very quickly repaired the Aprilaire. He was straightforward and easy to work with! I was so pleased that I hired Neal Harris to take care of maintenance for my heating, cooling, and plumbing moving forward. I was able to request Moe to be my preferred service agent! I highly recommend Neal Harris for your heating and cooling repair and maintenance needs!

Quick, Painless, and Expertly Done
Had yearly maintenance on my furnace. Daniel Milosevic arrived early in the time slotted for the job and checked the furnace, finding no problems. He cleaned what needed to be cleaned and, making sure all was in working order, told me I was all set for the coming year. Quick and painless and expertly done, as one would hope these maintenance checks should be.

Joe with the plumbing unit went over the top twice for me. He made sure my sump pump equipment came in and was installed.

The technician came for a furnace maintenance, but we actually had cold blowing instead of warm air when he arrived. He worked 1.5 hours to figure out and fix the problem. Very nice and explained what was going on.

The Epitome of Professionalism
"The epitome of professionalism" is how I would describe the service provided today. Devante Williams and Ryan Rizo were pleasant and highly social at 1st greeting and again at their departure. In between these times, they were consummate professionals. They covered every aspect of HVAC, including a check of carbon monoxide devices (not mentioned in my contract) and made recommendations for humidity control. Near the end of our time together, I remembered a small issue related to water drainage. They patiently went back into the basement with me, where I discovered they had already addressed the issue with a clamp earlier retrieved from their truck.
