Literally Everything We Could Have Asked For
These guys were awesome. Woke up to a “Code Error 201” on our Lennox furnace, which had apparently unexpectedly pooped out about 2 a.m. when it was 15 degrees outside, and when we arose it was already down to 53 degrees inside. Called them when we woke up at 7 a.m., leaving a message with their awesome, friendly virtual assistant. Then Becky, an equally friendly real person, called back at 8:30 a.m., and they had Adam come within 2 hours to fix and diagnose the problem for a very reasonable charge. Literally everything we could have asked for! Would not hesitate to use again and recommend wholeheartedly.

I Cannot Recommend Them Highly Enough
After consulting with my longtime preferred tech, Tulasi, he walked me through why it was finally necessary to replace the ductwork for my HVAC system that has never been updated in the 30 years I have lived in my condo.
Yesterday, the installation crew from Peachtree Service Experts came out to replace my ductwork in one of the most inaccessible spaces you would find under anyone's home. I live in a condo that will be 104 years old this year and that the crawl space underneath my unit was never dug out properly and is a jungle of gas and water lines, both old and new, in addition to the ductwork for my HVAC system. Much of the ductwork had been damaged over the years and only upon its removal was the way seen clear to navigate around all the lines in order to install the new ductwork and attach it properly to the bottom side of the floor of my condo. The four-man crew led by Thomas spent 9 hours, much of which was underground in very cramped spaces, none of which you could come close to standing in and most of which you had to be on the ground all of the time. Rich was the lead in figuring out the paths to take to do the installation, but all of the crew did tremendous work. We had been without heat for days as the ductwork totally failed after I had been here for 30 years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Peachtree installed my newest HVAC unit nearly ten years ago and they have serviced it ever since and I couldn't be happier. My wife is thrilled to have heat again and it is better than ever thanks to the new ductwork.
