Christian P. handled the annual maintenance on my HVAC system in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. His associate, Hawkins, provided very helpful information regarding my Advantage Plan regarding its benefits and options, and was well prepared to discuss a similar Advantage Plan offered for the water heater without any pressure to purchase. Since the HVAC system is under the Advantage Plan, there was no charge for the annual service.
