Colton came out to service my tankless water heater. It has been 11–12 years without servicing. He explained as he went through the process. He discussed service plans for home plumbing and HVAC. Water heater flushed and working well. Colton finished and left for next job. Will definitely use and recommend Service Experts going forward.

He worked with my family to secure intact toilets and completed installation. Still hospitalized, I have not seen the finished work, but my family assures that it is superior. Water heater repair, after sending out a young tech and him not doing as he should. After some persistent calls and talking with Tan and about two weeks later, she sent out Mr. Bill Miller, the "FIXER." He fixed the water heater as it should have been. The work was warranty, and they refunded my money. Very happy customer.
