Kaleb Acton was our Service Specialist. He arrived early. He was professional. He was patient. He listened to our concerns and then took the time to thoroughly examine our furnace. He then explained the service we needed. A tune-up! The service call and cost was as advertised, now that's a blessing. The unit was installed by Freedom and is 3 years old.
