Our HVAC system needed the air filters replaced and the thermostat wasn’t working. The technicians were prompt, courteous, and explained what they needed to do. In under 1 hour, our service was complete with new filters and a working thermostat. We are very pleased.

Ninous was our technician for our annual A/C checkup. He was prompt, actually early, thorough, answered my questions clearly, and respectful of our home by cleaning up better than it was before. Plus, Ninous is a very pleasant person who had a good amount of knowledge about appliances in general. He suggested adding a surge suppressor to our furnace, but we may consider that at a future date. He was not a high-pressure salesperson, just making a consideration for us to decide upon. We are on a service contract and pay a small amount each month, so no service charge is paid per visit unless we get something fixed or added on other than standard servicing costs.
