I'm quickly becoming a big fan of Service Experts. They came out at the beginning of summer and did some great preventative maintenance on our air conditioning system and caught a couple of things that could've been quite problematic during this summer's heat wave(s). They just checked out our heating system and we're set for the winter. No unnecessary upselling or pressure tactics. They seem very sincere, honest and capable, which gets high marks in my book. AC unit capacitor replacement. The gentleman that came to my house had a lot of patience with me. I had a massive migraine from being in a hot, stifling house, but he handled the situation with the patience of Job. Give that man a raise.

We have had the annual HVAC maintenance plan for a few years now for both of our units, and it pays for itself, leaving you worry-free that your system is in perfect working order before winter or summer arrives. They let you know when it is time to schedule the maintenance. For this check, they scheduled it for the very next day after we called. Ryan Bennett performed the biannual check again, and he does excellent work. The maintenance check is not just a cursory review. They check everything, take pictures, and explain the results to you. We would recommend the maintenance plan. There are other benefits as well. We feel that we are in good hands with Service Experts.

Air conditioning quit cooling last night. It was 81° in the house all night. Called this morning, and Robbie and John were here by 12:30. Had me up and running in about half an hour. Very courteous, friendly, and professional.

I know that I can trust them
We already have a service contract with R&M and today we were told that we needed a new unit. They have made our old unit work for several years until it didn’t. John came today and gave us 3 options, of which we chose #2. It sounds like the best deal. John has been here before, and he is the nicest young man with a great deal of knowledge. We decided to go with a Lennox unit, which I read is in the top 3 best ones to own. I have always had great experiences with R&M, and I know that I can trust them. The price is great with a lot of added amenities.
