Hobby did an excellent job at installing parts to fix my AC. He stayed and did my HVAC semi-yearly maintenance review on the unit as well. Very courteous and kept me informed during the process. Excellent customer service.

Caleb performed the annual maintenance check today. He did a great job of explaining what tasks he performed and the condition of the equipment. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was running properly.

My 6-month HVAC maintenance service on our "new" unit took significantly longer than other companies took on servicing much older units I've had in the past. I was concerned the tech might have found issues with the equipment. On the contrary, Michael Dezess reported everything was working as it should. Being under warranty there was no charge. Mike promptly came out within 1.5 hours after first contact. He had booties on to keep everything clean. He immediately went to work to find my issue after asking a few questions about the problem. Within 30 minutes he discovered the problem and had it fixed. He was assisted by John, another technician, shortly after Mike arrived. Both were very professional and pleasant. I was so impressed that I asked if they had a maintenance plan. They do, so I signed up. It is good to find fine people that you can rely on!
