Mike promptly came out within 1.5 hours after first contact. He had booties on to keep everything clean. He immediately went to work to find my issue after asking a few questions about the problem. Within 30 minutes he discovered the problem and had it fixed. He was assisted by John, another technician, shortly after Mike arrived. Both were very professional and pleasant. I was so impressed that I asked if they had a maintenance plan. They do, so I signed up. It is good to find fine people that you can rely on!

Great company and customer service
I can't tell you how great of a company and customer service I have received from this company and especially Mike, our technician. Our heat went out just days before the big snow was supposed to hit. I was able to book an appointment the same day. I booked at 4 p.m. and Mike was here by 7:15 p.m. He was actually here 45 minutes earlier than the reservation predicted. Mike was able to make a quick diagnostic and gave me an affordable option for repair. Will definitely be using Mike and R&M again!
Honest Service from Doug
Once again R&M Climate continues to make me appreciate their professional services. Doug Stampe conducted my annual plumbing inspection and found a leak in my upstairs bathroom toilet. Instead of trying to get enough money for the company out of me, he just advised that the water supply line needed to be replaced. Cost me $5 at Lowe's to fix the issue. Thanks again, Doug, for your honest service.
