This review is based on setting up an appointment. The job is still pending, but I just wanted to say how clean and smooth everything went. They were very professional, and the 2 techs who showed up were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They showed up on time, called me to communicate they were on their way, and explained everything clearly. Our heater went out, and with the cold front already here, we couldn't get the heater above 71. They did all the diagnostics and figured out the issue in less than 1 hour. I had previously called another company who failed to show for the appointment, and R&M was next on the list of top reviews. I'm glad I called them.

Great craftsmanship, Koby
On 12/11/25, an R&M technical representative (Koby) performed an installation of the appropriate canister (80-LC) to use in my existing whole-house humidity system. After the installation, Koby waited to ensure the system was working as designed. That said, I am very pleased to know R&M representatives are highly trained and come with experience. On the final check, the system was functioning appropriately (i.e., conductivity practically doubled), and I can’t say enough about how satisfied I am. Great craftsmanship, Koby, and excellent performance. Kudos!
