Geisel did an excellent job in clearing my sewer line. Bill Smith did a fantastic job, promptly and well done. He checked and verified that the sewer line was open and did it the correct way using the appropriate tools. I would highly recommend Geisel and in particular Bill for your plumbing needs.

Roger came out to check out a potential backup in our drainage in our upstairs bathroom. He took his time checking everything out to ensure things were functioning properly. He spent time with me explaining things and talking about my concerns. I would definitely utilize them the next time. Fortunately for me, the problem worked itself out, so he didn't have to do any repairs.

Geisel solved our duplex (up/down) rental problem. We thought we had a shower drain leak. Zack of Geisel was able to accurately identify that it was the upstairs kitchen sink drain that was leaking. Per our conversation I directed Zack to replace everything drain related. It now functions properly and looks great. Like all of you, I didn't like paying the price, but the peace of mind I now have is worth it, and the downstairs tenants will no longer have water leaking into their dining room.
You can tell which is the old drain and which is the new from the photos.

What a Great Decision
We had a very slow kitchen sink drain. I called several plumbing service business and selected Geisel. What a great decision. Zack Tallbott was dispatched to our home. He was very personable, qualified and respectful of our home. Most importantly he persevered until the job was done. If I ever have any other plumbing issues I will be calling Geisel and asking for Zack!
