Lance cleaned the system, including the outside compressor, noticed rodent pellets inside the compressor, and recommended a trap. He got the system working beautifully. This Will Be Our New Air Conditioning Company
After calling our regular air conditioning company and not being able to get an appointment until the next afternoon, we opted to call another company, and this company was the first one we came across. We were able to get an appointment for later that evening and were pleasantly surprised when the tech called right on time. Two gentlemen arrived and spent about 30–45 minutes and fixed our air. They were experienced and efficient as well as very professional. This will be our new air conditioning company!

You Could Not Get Anyone Better
My air went out last night. I called for service and spoke with a CS rep who told me a tech would be out last night; not sure why, but that never happened. I called first thing this morning and spoke with John, explained what happened, and he apologized for the inconvenience and said he would work on getting a tech out as soon as possible. I called a little after 8; a tech (Lance) was at my door at 8:30. I have had Lance as a tech before and you could not get anyone better. He is very kind and considerate and has always explained what the problem was, not just walk in and fix and go. Thank you, John, for letting me vent and getting the job done. I have been with this company for over 20 years and hopefully will be with them another 20.

Service Experts has serviced my HVAC needs for many years, but yesterday afternoon I had a major plumbing disaster with water streaming outside and no water inside. After a very dry night, master plumber Alexander Anoceto was at my door at 8:04 a.m. and got right to work diagnosing the problem. He was very professional and patiently explained what went wrong and several options how to fix it, determined not to leave until we found a solution that would fit within my budget for an unexpected expense this late in the month. I recommend him most highly for his expert workmanship and a level of customer service that I have come to expect from Service Experts.
