Roberto Knows This Business
Today Roberto from Service Experts completed our air conditioner service for this year. Roberto has been servicing our heating and cooling systems for years. Roberto is diligent and thorough in making sure everything is working in proper order. Our refrigerant was low, so before doing the work, he explains what needs to be done and pricing. Roberto knows this business, and I am so happy that we’ve found someone we trust. In fact, I recommended Roberto and Service Experts to two women walking by while Roberto was working. Thank you, Service Experts, for providing a needed service. We’re looking forward to a “cool” house this summer.

Overall really positive experience
Had a great experience with Harry as my tech today. He was very thorough and walked me through everything he was doing and even made sure to show me the pictures as he was taking them, so I felt confident in the report he sent back. And I do feel very confident in the report because I saw everything he put on there with my own eyes. Kelvin was also great and very knowledgeable about the different types of furnace/AC options on the market. I have not made a decision yet about next steps, but I feel very good at the end of this visit that I am in a position to make the right decision for myself and my family. Also, unrelated to HVAC, Conor came to check out an issue I had with a small flood in my basement/crawlspace, and he was also great. Didn’t pressure me on anything, was super honest about things that weren’t great but probably weren’t urgent, and so wanted to give him a shoutout too. Overall, really positive experience with Service Experts so far during a very stressful time for me.
