Brooke arrived ahead of schedule and went right to work performing the maintenance on our tankless water heater. Brooke was pleasant and professional during our whole service appointment. We really appreciate the phone call to let us know that she is on her way with an ETA. When done, Brooke went through the house and confirmed that we had hot water at all of our hot water outlets and made sure that we didn’t have any leaks. Well done!

I highly recommend Service Experts. I had them install a high-efficiency HVAC system connected to solar panels and they did an outstanding job. Our energy bills have gone way down after the install. Also, they have been great about reminding us of the routine maintenance checks we need to do to satisfy the warranty on the equipment. These guys bend over backwards to please their customers.
Pat and Will did an excellent job quickly finding the root cause of our issue and correcting it.

Hayes and Todd came out today and did a thorough check on the heating and air system. They walked me through the system, keeping me informed of the maintenance needs and ways to reduce long-term costs. They provided photos of the unit and work done.

Update 1/5/26: Brooke did a thorough review of my plumbing during her site visit. She also worked with me to figure out a cost-effective way to replace my toilet tank instead of replacing the whole thing. I’m excited to be able to use the powder room toilet again! So, now I can attest that Service Experts does a great job with HVAC and plumbing needs.

We had two technicians from Service Experts out today, over the weekend. Hayes quickly diagnosed our issue with the HVAC system and recommended a path forward. Had Jose out yesterday, and he suggested a leak search due to refrigerant pressures while on my maintenance visit. I called Service Experts, and they sent senior tech Ray Bunch to verify the issue. He was awesome and explained everything to someone that knows nothing about HVAC. If you need a tech that knows his business, I recommend Ray Bunch. I would give him 10 STARS.

Quinton J came by to check my system due to the house losing power a few times. My main breaker has been tripping when the heat is turned on. He informed me that it wasn’t the HVAC system because it has its own breaker. It is my electrical panel. Wow! I was not expecting that. I appreciate him checking it out and letting me know that I need to get the utility company out to the house. Thank you for coming out on a holiday and providing me with helpful information.

He arrived on schedule, finished removing the old heater and installing the new one within a couple hours, and left the job site as clean (or cleaner) than it was before he started, all while being professional and courteous.
