Thank You Knochelmann for Honest Service
Found water on the floor by my hot water heater. My home warranty AHS assigned a repair service to me (not Knochelmann). The repair service assigned to me called and asked what was my issue. I explained finding water on the floor next to my hot water heater. I told the repair service assigned to me my hot water heater is less than 2 years old and was installed by Knochelmann. I also explained that I had placed a call to Knochelmann to inquire about any warranty coverage. The assigned repair service never came to my home to look at my issue; they just called me and submitted a claim to my home warranty AHS stating I needed a new hot water heater, with out-of-pocket costs of 1300.00 in addition to the 125.00 service call, stating my issue was “normal wear and tear.” I called AHS and asked if I could pay out of pocket and get reimbursed since Knochelmann had installed the hot water heater and I probably had some type of warranty on my hot water heater. AHS declined my request, said they use reputable service contractors. My problem ended up being a failed bladder in my expansion tank. Cost 600 dollars to replace. Thank you Knochelmann for prompt and honest service.

I called Knochelmann for an issue with a mini split. They were quick to schedule the service and diagnose the problem. Austin was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

***REVIEW UPDATE*** After using Knochelmann as our maintenance company, we recently had them install a full replacement HVAC, instant water heater, and service contract. Lucas is our technician, and it's great to have our service tech be the same every time since he knows our system. We're happy to know that they are available to us no matter what we need. As a homeowner, it's essential to have mechanical experts you can trust when you have an issue. I will always call on Knochelmann. They've earned it. I needed to have some essential parts replaced on my furnace after an inspection from a previous repair. Dave Seible was able to track down a part, and Tom Gannon retro-fit it to my newly installed blower motor. As usual, Knochelmann was on time, on point, on estimate, as promised.

Woke up to no heat this morning and called Knochelmann immediately at 7 a.m. From Brandt, who answered the phone, and Caitlin, who answered my texts, everyone was so kind and professional. Matt and Bryan arrived early to service the furnace. They were amazing, both very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention pleasant to work with. They diagnosed and explained the issue, and Bryan had the repair completed in an hour and at a very reasonable price. We are so grateful. Thank you, Knochelmann!

Leon was great to work with
I called to have them come out to service a tankless water heater. They came out within the hour, condemned it, and gave a quote to replace. Got approval, and they came back the same day for replacement. Leon was great to work with and very friendly and knowledgeable. He did great work and took pride in it. We had service technician Lucas Peterson come to our home today to complete our winter maintenance on our HVAC system. The day started well when he arrived at our agreed-upon time. Lucas was very courteous and helpful. He answered all my questions and went further to resolve a condition that had previously been ignored.
