Woke up to no heat this morning and called Knochelmann immediately at 7 a.m. From Brandt, who answered the phone, and Caitlin, who answered my texts, everyone was so kind and professional. Matt and Bryan arrived early to service the furnace. They were amazing, both very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention pleasant to work with. They diagnosed and explained the issue, and Bryan had the repair completed in an hour and at a very reasonable price. We are so grateful. Thank you, Knochelmann!

We had service technician Lucas Peterson come to our home today to complete our winter maintenance on our HVAC system. The day started well when he arrived at our agreed-upon time. Lucas was very courteous and helpful. He answered all my questions and went further to resolve a condition that had previously been ignored. I wish that more people were as helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and humble as he is. It was an absolute joy to spend time with him today. This young man will go far.

Austin’s professionalism changed my mind
I rarely post reviews, but after Austin completed a service call at our home, I felt compelled to share our experience. He was personable, thorough, and highly knowledgeable.
After years of using Knochelmann, I had considered switching companies due to recent changes in the scheduling process, which I’ve found frustrating. Reaching someone by phone has become nearly impossible. However, Austin’s professionalism and expertise have changed my mind.
I sincerely hope Knochelmann will reconsider and improve their scheduling system.
